Lo spumante Metodo Classico "Solais" prodotto dall'azienda vinicola sarda Santadi, utilizzando esclusivamente uve vermentino. Dopo la raccolta le uve vengono sottoposte a una pressatura soffice, dalla quale viene estratto il
Giallo paglierino luminoso, dal fine perlage. Al naso si evidenziano profumi di biancospino, frutta bianca, sentori di panetteria e tostature; in bocca è scorrevole, fresco e morbido, equilibrato, con un piacevole tocco minerale.Lo spumante Metodo Classico "Solais" è prodotto dall'azienda vinicola sarda Santadi, utilizzando esclusivamente uve vermentino. Dopo la raccolta le uve vengono sottoposte a una pressatura soffice, dalla quale viene estratto il 50% del mosto che verrà dedicato alla successiva produzione dello spumante. In seguito avviene la rifermentazione con lieviti selezionati in bottiglia: l'affinamento si protrae per 36 mesi, e dopo l'aggiunta del liquer, segue un ulteriore sosta in bottiglia prima della commercializzazione.
Ideale come aperitivo o a tutto pasto, con piatti a base di frutti di mare.

I like the color. Not too white, more of a natural shade.
