The 2020 vintage benefitted from a balanced growing season, where early vine growth was tempered by spring rains and followed by a summer that avoided extreme heat, preserving freshness and natural acidity. Harvested from September 30 to October 13, the grapes were vinified with precision and tradition, undergoing maceration for eight days and aging for 18 months in large oak barrels to bring out Nebbiolo’s depth and structure.
