But, it is estimated that only about 2% of the population meets their potassium needs on a daily basis. As athletes, we know the importance of this electrolyte. How We Use It:

Take on tablet daily with or without food. We like to take one before our workouts to make sure to give us extra electrolytes to stay hydrated and reduce risk of cramping.
