Al naso si avvertono profumi di more, prugne, frutti scuri, tocchi di peperone verde, note di spezie e pepe; in bocca è succoso, fresco, scorrevole, con un tannino piacevole e ben integrato."Il Randagio" è un blend di uve cabernet franc e merlot, prodotto dall'azienda vinicola di Radda in Chianti Tenuta di Carleone. Le vigne sono gestite secondo i principi dell'agricoltura biologica: in seguito alla vendemmi manuale, avviene la fermentazione spontanea a grappolo intero: prima di essere imbottigliato, senza subire chiarifiche o filtrazioni, il vino sosta per 12 mesi in cemento. Succoso e versatile, è un'interpretazione alternativa di questo nobile terroir.
