How to brew the perfect cup
  1. Use freshly boiled water, not left to cool.
  2. Steep for 4 to 5 minutes.
  3. Add milk if you like. It holds up beautifully.
  4. Worth trying black - the Rwandan golden character comes through cleanest without milk.
