Description
The TSPROF Whole Milled Fillet Clamp Set is specifically designed for sharpening fillet-knives, multi-tools, and Scandinavian type knives. The clamps feature a radial-convex shape on the outer surface, allowing for a minimum sharpening angle of only 7.2° per side.
Constructed from heavy-duty aviation aluminium, these clamps maintain a slim profile while ensuring excellent wear resistance. The design allows for the secure fixation of even the most flexible fillet-knives by using up to 4 clamps simultaneously on the frame.
The clamps do not require calibration and are easily clamped by tightening just one screw at the rear of each clamp. This simplifies the sharpening process and ensures consistent and accurate results.

7.2° sharpening angle can be achieved under the following conditions:
- Knife's spine thickness 1 mm and overhang from 12 mm
- Knife's spine thickness 1.5 mm and overhang from 16 mm
- Knife's spine thickness 3.5 mm and overhang from 23 mm
