RipFactor® plus DIM for recomp and hormone balance

Think of Anabolic Warfare Project Ripped as capsules for body recomp and hormone help, not a stim-packed fat burner or straight test booster. It layers things up: RipFactor® for anabolic signals and better training adaptation, a real 500mg of Smilax as a brassinosteroid-style plant extract, DIM and flavones for estrogen handling, and 7-Keto DHEA to lean things out metabolically. Basically, it's about looking harder and leaner during a cut or physique phase, not just quick energy.

The star here is 325mg RipFactor®, a patented mix of Mangifera indica bark and Sphaeranthus indicus flower. That's the low end of the 325–650mg studied range, which is key because human trials show it boosts strength and muscle size in 8 weeks, sometimes kicking in by day 14. It works by ramping up mTOR for protein building, eNOS for blood flow, creating a better anabolic vibe, and cutting workout stress. In real life, it's the main recomp driver.

D-Aspartic Acid is at 750mg. That's under the big multi-gram doses in test studies, so it's not a full-on DAA product. But it fits as hormone support—supportive, not the star. Smilax sieboldii extract hits 500mg, matching the go-to dose in our ingredient guides. Smilax brings brassinosteroid compounds like laxogenin derivatives, thought to boost PI3K/Akt signals, protein synthesis, and maybe cortisol control. The important hones

Key Highlights

  • 325mg RipFactor® Patented Blend — this is the real deal in the formula, hitting the start of the 325–650mg clinical range. It's Mangifera indica bark and Sphaeranthus indicus flower extracts patented together, studied for faster strength and muscle gains, not just random herbs.
  • 200mg DIM — a solid top dose for estrogen handling. DIM pushes estrogen breakdown toward the good stuff, 2-hydroxy metabolites, and away from the bad paths, making this a legit hormone balancer, not window dressing.
  • 500mg Smilax sieboldii extract — no skimping here. This matches the standard dose for Smilax/laxogenin in sports supps, aiming to kick protein synthesis via brassinosteroid paths, even if human proof is light.
  • 100mg 7-Keto DHEA — for the 'ripped' focus, not muscle building directly. It's a non-androgenic DHEA form used in comp supps for metabolic and thermogenic help.
  • 50mg Acacetin — right in the usual 50–75mg spot. It's here to back the aromatase control, cutting androgen-to-estrogen conversion differently than DIM.
  • 25mg 7-Methoxyflavone — hits the common dose and layers on more flavone-based aromatase help. Together, they make a smarter hormone setup than basic herb test boosters.
  • 750mg D-Aspartic Acid — not a huge clinical dose, but a good add in a multi-angle hormone formula. It helps the endocrine side without being the main event.
  • Capsule delivery — perfect for daily use without powders or stim crashes. Easy to add to your routine with creatine, protein, and pre-workouts.

Who Is This For?

  • Physique guys cutting who want capsules for recomp over shaky fat burners. RipFactor®, DIM, and 7-Keto DHEA help stay hard, keep muscle, and train strong on low calories.
  • Intermediate lifters in hypertrophy phases with protein, sleep, and progressive loads dialed. Project Ripped refines adaptation when basics are set, not a fix for them.
  • Guys who get soft or watery switching bulk to cut, needing estrogen help. 200mg DIM plus Acacetin and 7-Methoxyflavone make it stand out from herb test junk.
  • Folks wanting stim-free daily recomp without caffeine timing hassles. No listed caffeine, perfect for steady use over quick hits.
  • Lifters into Smilax/laxogenin plants but want it in a full formula. 500mg gives real exposure, backed by RipFactor® and DIM.
  • Hard trainers dieting who need strength and fullness support. RipFactor® has solid human performance data, better than pure hormone hype formulas.

How to Use

Take 3 capsules as your daily serving. Stim-free and build-up style, so time it flexible—like 30–45 minutes pre-train or same meal daily. Sensitive to DIM or plants? Start with 1–2 caps a few days, then full 3. Wash down with water; capsules mean no mixing, but full glass helps digestion. Upset stomach? Pair with a fatty meal, as food eases botanicals and hormone ingredients. Stacks well with creatine, whey, fish oil, pre-workouts—no overlap. Skip stacking with other estrogen or test stuff unless you want heavy hormonal play and get the overlap. Run daily 4–8 weeks to judge, as it's about long-term, not instant. Store cool and dry, lid tight to keep plants fresh.

What to Expect

First 0–30 minutes: not much happens, no caffeine so no rush. Empty stomach might bug some from plants or DIM—food helps. Hours 1–6: still no 'it hit' feel—this works behind the scenes. Days 1–7: it's about getting into the habit; building base for RipFactor®, DIM, and hormone stuff. Weeks 2–4: start noticing better recomp flow, tighter look, stronger sessions on a cut. Weeks 4–8: best time to rate it, matching RipFactor®'s 8-week studies. Needs diet and training; without, it'll flop—with, it shines.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Project Ripped designed to do?

Project Ripped is designed as a daily body-recomposition and hormone-support capsule. Its formula centers on RipFactor® for training adaptation, DIM at 200mg for estrogen-metabolism support, and 7-Keto DHEA at 100mg for a cutting-oriented metabolic angle.

How much DIM is in Project Ripped?

Each 3-capsule serving provides 200mg of 3,3'-Diindolylmethane, which is the top end of the common 100–200mg clinical range. That is a meaningful dose for a product positioned around estrogen-metabolism management.

Is RipFactor® dosed effectively in this formula?

Project Ripped provides 325mg RipFactor®, which is the entry point of the studied 325–650mg range. That matters because the finished branded blend itself has human research for strength and hypertrophy support over multi-week training periods.

Does Project Ripped contain caffeine?

Based on the disclosed actives, this formula appears stim-free and does not list caffeine. It is built for cumulative recomposition support, not an acute energy rush.

Is the D-Aspartic Acid dose in Project Ripped clinically dosed?

Not as a standalone DAA product. Project Ripped provides 750mg D-Aspartic Acid, which is below the multi-gram amounts commonly used in testosterone-focused research, so it should be viewed as a supportive part of the formula rather than the main driver.

What does the Smilax extract do here?

Smilax sieboldii is used as a source of brassinosteroid-type compounds such as laxogenin derivatives. At 500mg, it matches the practical benchmark in this category, but buyers should know the human evidence for direct muscle-growth effects is still limited compared with the hype around the ingredient.

How long should I use Project Ripped before judging results?

Give it at least 4 weeks, with 8 weeks being a better evaluation window. RipFactor® research was conducted over an 8-week period, and this entire formula is built around daily accumulation rather than a single-dose experience.

Can I stack Project Ripped with creatine and pre-workout?

Yes. In fact, that is one of the smartest ways to use it because Project Ripped covers hormone support and recomp support while creatine covers phosphocreatine replenishment and a pre-workout covers acute energy or pump.

Is this product a testosterone booster or a fat burner?

It is better described as a hybrid recomposition formula with hormone-support and cutting-focused elements. DIM, Acacetin, and 7-Methoxyflavone target estrogen-related pathways, while 7-Keto DHEA brings body-composition support and RipFactor® adds training-adaptation relevance.

Is Project Ripped fully transparent?

Mostly, but not completely. Several key ingredients and doses are disclosed, including DIM, Smilax, D-Aspartic Acid, 7-Keto DHEA, Acacetin, and 7-Methoxyflavone, but RipFactor® is still a proprietary patented blend, so the internal split between its two botanicals is not shown.

Fantastic writing and non-stop action
Format: Kindle
This is a promising, fantastic beginning to what will be a 4-book series. Some readers may be content to read only the first 2 books, but I think you'll find that the story is so good that you'll want to keep reading books 3 and 4. Book 1 is about omega Elvana's introduction to the "Starling" brothers and their search for another missing person, Kelly. It's a bit of a rocky start, with deception and betrayal a key element. Hardly an auspicious beginning. Each member has their own path and purpose in the pack. Their interactions and the resulting narrative are so well-written that I found it difficult to put down. There is a cliffhanger that will have you reaching for book 2 as you finish, so make sure you have it on hand.

Fun read
Format: Kindle
I'm not really into mafia books but I love Roxy Collin's other series so I decided to give it a try. It had the same great romance, spice, swoon-worthy characters and exciting plot that are her signature. Arben was my favorite, although it was a bit sudden how quickly he changed from ignoring her to wanting to be pack. There were almost too many twists/layers of lies to keep track of but I'm looking forward to reading the other books. The only thing that detracted from the story for me was the need for a bit more proofreading. It was mentioned that Kelly is a female and male at different points, leading me to think she changed her mind at some point about the character's gender but didn't go back and edit it to align in all places. Like another reviewer pointed out, step siblings are different than half siblings. They are incorrectly referred to as step siblings because they (allegedly) share the same biological dad. There are a few other typos as well but those aren't a big deal.

Stepbrothers, Secrets, and Sizzling Heat
Format: Kindle
Twisted Lies by Roxy Collins is a wild ride through family secrets, amnesia, and a steamy stepbrother romance. When Kelly discovers her life is built on lies, she ends up tangled with three alpha stepbrothers and an assassin who once helped her through a heat. The tension? Off the charts! The heat is real, and the complications are messy in the best way. Full of twists, secrets, and fated mates? You'll be hooked from page one! Love omegaverse drama with a dash of taboo? This one's for you!

Good read
Format: Kindle
The book has some good twists and turns, but truthfully I was so confused on some things. It didn't have a good flow for me personally. Not sure if it's due to typos or using him/her wrongly, but I thought Kelly was both a guy and a girl. Actually I still don't know, and it made me incredibly frustrated. It would refer to Kelley as him or he, and then again in another part of the story as her she and sister. On to the next book, I hope there is some clarity and a smoother flow. This is a slow burn, and I just don't know how much I care for the Alphas yet. Idk if I recommend.

the lies
Format: Kindle
This is amazing fast pace read that is full of plot twists and lies that keep getting bad. This is a story we’re a omega has been lied to by her mother and finds out that someone is slowing dieing. 3 alpha take the omega and feed her more lies so they can use her against her father so they can find their mate Kelly. This is a dark read and ends in a cliffhanger and so good.
