Instructions for Cutting

For cutting, use 100 tooth fine metal blade hacksaw, grinder or dropsaw.

• Top tray must be cut 5mm less than bottom tray.
• In order to allow end caps to be fitted, cut bottom tray 2mm shorter than actual length of run.
• The location of the waste pipe determines the drill site of the drainage hole. Recommended bimetal hole saw drill of 40mm, 50mm or 80mm in diameter, depending on size of waste pipe.
• Drainage hole can be cut at any point along the length of the bottom tray.

Instructions for Assembly

• Use tile or silicone adhesive to secure tile into narrow channel side of top tray.
• Use a bead of silicone to the inside of the tray to secure end caps into the bottom tray.
• Secure the drill hole beneath the bottom tray by placing silicone around the lip of the pop waste.
