However, it proves to be quite the challenge to catch a glimpse of these enormous prehistoric beings. The one who successfully uncovers the elusive dinosaurs and reaches the conclusion of the path marked by their footprints will claim victory in this game.

Each player selects a wooden dinosaur token and situates it at the commencement of a four-tile pathway. A set of five dinosaur tiles is shuffled and positioned face down in a sequence on the playing surface. In a sequential fashion, players unveil one of the 26 search tiles. Should the revealed tile display a "trade symbol," the player is allowed to exchange two concealed dinosaur tiles without gazing at them. When the search tile reveals an illustration of either two or three dinosaurs, the player must expose a corresponding number of dinosaur tiles. If a match is established, the player's designated dinosaur progresses along the pathway. The initial player to successfully traverse the entire track emerges as the victor. In the more intricate "expert" variation, an additional, blank sixth tile is mixed in with the five dinosaur tiles.
