24g blended protein with digestive enzymes and dairy-derived minerals.

ARN Foundation Protein Blend is an easy daily protein mix that's practical, easy on the gut, and gives you aminos over time instead of all at once like a plain whey isolate. Each 37g scoop packs 24g of protein from cold-processed undenatured whey concentrate and milk protein isolate. Whey digests fast and has lots of leucine – that's the amino acid that kicks off muscle repair. Milk protein isolate brings in whey and casein for a slower release, so it's great after workouts, between meals, or when life's hectic.

It also throws in useful minerals: 210mg calcium, 160mg phosphorus, 200mg potassium, 30mg magnesium, and 1mg iron. These aren't hype ingredients, but they help with real stuff. Calcium and phosphorus build strong bones and help muscles contract and handle energy. Calcium's big for bones, especially with vitamin D, and it fits naturally here from the dairy sources. Potassium at 200mg keeps electrolytes balanced, nerves firing, and muscles working right – studies link it to better blood pressure, and it teams up with sodium and magnesium for muscle power. Magnesium at 30mg isn't a huge dose, but it's helpful for energy use, nerve and muscle function, and working with vitamin D. Iron at 1mg is small, but it adds to the overall nutrition.

A real differentiator here is the inclusion of DigeSEB digestive

ARN Foundation Blend by ARN contains Vitamin D, a effective dose for muscle protein synthesis.

Key Highlights

  • 24g blended protein per serving – that's a good hit in the 20-40g range that helps muscle repair. The mix of fast whey and slower milk protein isolate gives you quick and lasting support.
  • Cold-processed undenatured whey protein concentrate – this keeps more of the good stuff intact compared to rough processing. It means fast amino delivery for training recovery, plus a nicer, fuller taste than super-thin isolates.
  • Milk protein isolate as the second main protein – it adds casein for slower digestion and longer amino release. Perfect not just after workouts but for holding off hunger between meals or at night.
  • DigeSEB digestive enzyme blend included – with amylases for carbs, lactase for lactose, proteases for protein, lipase for fats, and cellulase for fibers. It's real help for smooth digestion, not just thrown in.
  • 210mg calcium per scoop – a solid amount from the dairy base. Calcium builds bones and helps muscles contract and cells communicate.
  • 160mg phosphorus per scoop – works with calcium for bone strength and energy molecules like ATP. Makes the protein feel more complete, not just bare-bones.
  • 200mg potassium per serving – good for nerve signals, muscle work, and staying hydrated. It teams up with sodium and magnesium to keep things running smooth.
  • 30mg magnesium included – not a full dose on its own, but useful in a daily protein. Magnesium handles energy, nerve and muscle function, and pairs with potassium and calcium.

ARN Foundation Blend by ARN contains Vitamin D, a effective dose for muscle protein synthesis.

Who Is This For?

  • Gym folks in muscle-building phases needing a daily protein without gut burnout. Whey gives quick aminos, milk protein isolate adds lasting support for recovery and snacks.
  • Busy types training early or during breaks who need an easy protein fix. 24g with minerals and enzymes fits when real meals aren't happening but you still want recovery.
  • Athletes who like blended proteins for more fullness than thin isolates. Milk protein isolate slows things down, great after training or for afternoon hunger control.
  • People wanting a protein that feels complete, not just macros. Calcium, phosphorus, potassium, and magnesium support muscles, hydration, and the dairy vibe.
  • Folks who've had bloating from proteins and want built-in help. DigeSEB's lactase, proteases, and more tackle dairy and mixed shakes.
  • Recreational athletes cutting who need high protein without meal prep hassle. 24g protects totals in a low-cal plan.

How to Use

Mix 1 scoop (37g) with 8-12oz cold water in a shaker for good texture; add more water if you like it thinner. Use after training for recovery or between meals to boost protein without cooking. No stimulants, so no timing rules or tolerance worries. If dairy's new or you're sensitive to lactose, try half a scoop first – even with lactase in DigeSEB. Water keeps it light; milk adds cream but more fullness and dairy. Stacks great with creatine, carbs after workouts, or real food for bigger meals. No cycling – daily use helps hit protein goals. Store sealed in a cool, dry spot for best mixing.

What to Expect

Right away, you'll feel the texture and how it sits in your gut – no big rush since it's protein, not caffeine. In 15-30 minutes, fullness kicks in smooth, better than bloating proteins. Over 1-2 hours, whey works fast while milk protein keeps it going. First week, it's about easier habits: hitting protein without skipping. By weeks 2-4, you feel the buildup: steady protein means better recovery and no gut fatigue. If regular shakes bother you, the enzymes are what you'll notice most.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much protein do I get per serving of ARN Foundation Protein Blend?

Each 37 g scoop provides 24 g of protein. That puts it squarely in the effective range for a meaningful protein feeding after training or between meals.

What protein sources are used in ARN Foundation?

The formula uses cold-processed undenatured whey protein concentrate and milk protein isolate. That gives you a blend of faster-digesting whey with a slower, more sustained amino acid release from the casein-rich milk protein fraction.

Is this a whey isolate protein?

No. ARN Foundation is a protein blend, not a pure whey isolate. That is a deliberate formulation choice because blended proteins often provide better satiety and more versatile use throughout the day than a fast-only isolate.

Does ARN Foundation include digestive enzymes?

Yes. It includes DigeSEB, a digestive enzyme blend containing amylases, lactase, proteases, lipase, and cellulase. The most relevant enzymes here are lactase for lactose digestion and proteases for protein breakdown.

Is ARN Foundation good for post-workout recovery?

Yes. The 24 g protein serving supports muscle recovery, and the whey component provides relatively rapid amino acid availability after training. The milk protein isolate then helps extend that support beyond the immediate post-workout window.

Can I use ARN Foundation between meals or before bed?

Yes. Because this is a blend with milk protein isolate rather than a fast-only protein, it works well between meals and can also fit later in the day when you want more satiety from a shake.

Is ARN Foundation suitable if I am sensitive to dairy?

It depends on your level of sensitivity. The formula contains multiple dairy proteins, but it also includes lactase in the DigeSEB blend, which can improve tolerance for some users. If you have a true milk allergy, this is not appropriate.

What minerals are naturally present in this formula?

Per serving, the label lists 210 mg calcium, 160 mg phosphorus, 200 mg potassium, 30 mg magnesium, and 1 mg iron. These minerals are part of what makes the formula feel more nutritionally complete than a protein-only powder.

Is the protein blend fully transparent?

The label clearly discloses total protein at 24 g per serving and lists the two protein sources. However, it does not disclose the exact ratio of whey protein concentrate to milk protein isolate, so transparency is good but not absolute.

Do I need to cycle ARN Foundation Protein Blend?

No. Protein powders do not require cycling. The goal is consistent daily use to help you hit total protein intake targets over time.

(I'd sleep with this thing if my wife wouldn't get jealous!)
Style: PowerFresh Steam Mop
Hi. I'm an artist. Which means I don't earn much... but all the chores of a house husband. I don't mind most chores. I do windows, despise dusting, and resent mopping. But you have to mop the porcelain floors or you can't invite guests over. It took a long time for me to figure out how to mop properly. I used one of those sponge mops (which you can pull back into itself to ring out the dirty water). Instead of ringing out into the same bucket, I'd ring into the sink and even wash the sponge. Picture this. Even in a moderately sized condo, I'd rinse the mop at least 20 times during once mopping. That's a lot of hot water. So is the two gallon bucket I'd have to fill with Simple Green. Gallons of water and chemicals. And when I was done? MEH said the floor. It was better but not optimal. So my mop broke and I went to replace it. Couldn't. The Rollomatic was no longer at OSH. Which sucks because I have a replacement head that's now useless. I went to Amazon to see if they carry it. They do, but they also carry this Bissell baby. It looks like cheap plastic. Know why? To keep it light. If it were metal you'd never use it. This light design is just right and about 1/4th of the work of the Rollomatic. And there's no bucket to move around. The 'bucket' is a small reservoir that could hold two cans of Coke in it. Maybe one and half. When you open the box, assembly should be easy but for one thing: when you attach the handle to the unit, the handle can be slid in upside down. Which means when you go to put the one screw in it mysteriously won't work. I'm not the handyman type but I know 'engineers' can paint on a little red line on the handle and unit and tell us to make them 'match' each other to avoid this mistake. Or shape the rod in such a way that it can only slide in the correct way. A silly little design flaw. Okay. There's no on or off switch. You just plug in. A little blue light blinks. About a minute later it's ready. Then you pick what steaming power you want. Light, Medium, Heavy. Understand the unit comes wearing a 'gentle mop' and includes a 'scrubby mop' in the box. So it therefore comes with six levels of intensity: gentle light, gentle medium, gentle heavy, scrubby light, scrubby medium, scrubby heavy. I put off buying a new mop for ages and so it was particularly dirty. On my tile floor in the kitchen and major walkways, scrubby mop/heavy steam was needed. In other areas the gentle mop/medium steam did the trick. I should say here that I had to change from the gentle mop to the scrubby mop because the gentle mop got filthy fast. If Bissell wanted to be the bestest -- they'd include an additional set of mop heads for the same price. If that didn't get through: if you have a ginormous home to mop, you'll need more of the mop heads if the floor is particularly dirty. A few cool things -- 1. Under the cabinets in my kitchen is that part of floor the normal mop could barely clean. Grime would slowly build up and the only way to fix that was paper towels, spray, and hands & knees. This Bissell? Cleaned MONTHS OF FILTH in minutes. (This is what made me first consider taking the Bissell out for dinner and a movie.) 2. You don't need Simple Green and Pine Sol. This is STEAM. And you don't need a ton of water. (This is when I considered asking the Bissell back to my place.) 3. What was a solid hour of mopping is about 25 minutes with the Bissell. And that old school mopping used to make me so tired I refused to clean the upstairs linoleum bathroom... which is only a few feet wide. I did that too... in two minutes. (This is when I poured the wine for the Bissell and dimmed the lights a little.) 4. Because it's now so easy to 'mop'... I can do this weekly. Instead of what seemed to be every 4-6 weeks. (I told you I didn't like mopping, didn't I?) (Oh, and this is when my wife caught me and the Bissell in a compromised position. But this is my only affair and I won't apologize! Damn it this thing is awesome. Sure I wish she was a cheaper date, but hey, she sure can make me steamy.) <3 THREE MONTHS UPDATE: Yes, my affair with this thing is still on-ongoing. Maybe not as hot and heavy, but yes -- there is still love. However, I stumbled upon something which requires rewording and correcting. Above I said that grime came off with the first uses. And it did. What I didn't know until recently was that it doesn't remove ALL the grime. I had six or so years of it building up slowly, despite my Simple Green mopping and Bissell steaming. I basically forget my floor was matte finished, and you could clearly see a grimy 'shine'. So I got on my hands and knees with a harsh plastic brush, hot water, and some soapy water with some OxyClean mixed it. Surprise surprise -- this cleaned off YEARS of gunk. What I thought were scratches in the porcelain floor were really scratches in the gunk. This is why people hire people when they sell their home to come in and use those machines to REALLY clean the floor. And so my question will become IS the Bissell enough to stave off this 'gunk' that builds up -- and how long before I'm forced to scrub hands and knees style. If I can go a full year without needing to scrub so hard, I'll be satisfied but not delighted. If it's two to three, delighted but not thrilled. If the Bissell prevents me from ever having to scrub the floor again, I'll be Michael Jackson Thrilled. So I'll come back the first moment I have an answer to that question.

Whoa! This did the trick!
Style: PowerFresh Steam Mop
I just put the Bissell steam mop through its paces and I'm moved to write a scintillating review. It arrived today and took all of five minutes to assemble. So simple a caveman can do it. I followed the directions (note to other dissatisfied reviewers) to the letter. Filled the reservoir with distilled water (not top water and DEFINITELY no chemicals) and selected the lowest steam setting once the ready light steadied after a short warm up. Before setting out on my steam adventure, I vacuumed all of the floors so everything was dirt free. Our house is a mix of laminate floors and stone. We also live in a chemical-free and fragrance-free house so I ditched the fragrance discs. We don't need the phony manmade smells. I went with the lightest setting for the laminate since I did not want to over-hydrate the flooring. I did a careful pattern, a stroke at a time, to ensure I went over the laminate wood twice. The upstroke laid down the steam and then the downstroke ensured the sturdy mop head did its job. Our floors weren't in terrible shape but there were dirt, smudges and streaking left over from the family holidays. Also having two dogs that seem to love to bring into the house anything they find outside rounded out the state of the flooring. I noticed immediately that the floors looked clean even though they were still a little damp. The mop glides nicely over the flooring and I gotta say it was kinda fun. A little music and I'm a cleaning machine. Curiosity got the better of me so I lifted up the mop and put my hand under to see how hot the steam is. Word to the wise... steam is hot. That's why it's steam. And steam hurts. After the floors and stairs, I proceeded to tackle the stone tile in the entry way, kitchen and bathrooms. Once again I felt it was cleaning it nicely. A quick examination of the formerly-white pad found that a dark grey color now adorned the pad. That showed me this was doing the trick. I increased the steam to the middle setting when doing the entryway. That's the dirtiest part of the house and I figured correctly that the extra steam wouldn't harm the stone. At the increased setting the mop turned into a dirt-busting dervish with nothing standing in it's way. Completing the steam adventure was a snap. Cleanup and proper mop storage took a just a minute. I did spend a good fifteen minutes fawning over my now clean floors. My wife was suitably impressed and commented frequently how nice everything looked. This must be how an early man hunter-gatherer felt after bagging a mastodon for the family pack. All in all, I highly recommend this steam mop. It's lightweight, easy to use and best of all you too can impress the misses.

DON’T – get a Shark
Style: PowerFresh Steam Mop
This is one of my Top 10 Favorite Amazon Purchases. If you like short reviews, my second to last section is pretty much a summary of why I find the Bissell Steam Mop far superior to the Shark Steam Mop. I’ve been trying to write more in-depth, detailed reviews with pictures and videos. On this steam mop, there’s tons of great reviews and videos already and I don’t think I can make one that’s better. I did want to throw my hat in the ring with those who LOVE this steam mop. My review will focus on how much more happy I am with this steam mop than with the Shark Steam Mops I had in the past. ♦I Got a Shark! Our house is about 2100 sq ft and every inch except for the garage and the kitchen area is ceramic tile. The kitchen area is laminate for now (i.e. steam-moppable). I remember thinking, I am never going to scrub these floors on my hands and knees. I was impressed by the infomercial and read many reviews on the Shark. The negative ones mostly mentioned about how the plastic shaft broke by putting too much pressure on it. This didn’t seem too bad to me, so I went ahead and purchased it new for about eighty to a hundred bucks at a local store around the time we moved in about 5 years ago. ♦It Worked Great – Until It Didn’t! I was delighted to find out how well the Shark cleaned the floors and was always careful to be gentle as possible to avoid breaking the plastic. I admit I didn’t 100% understand the difference between distilled and filtered water, so I always used bottled water. I’ll also admit that I am not a clean freak: I clean to relieve stress, for company, or when it’s getting really bad, even by my not-so-high standards. The first Shark lasted for several years of infrequent use. My mother accidentally broke it when cleaning once and replaced it with one from the second-hand store. The one she purchased for me worked for a while. I think I got a third from the second-hand store as well. That one stopped working a few months ago. I tried another two from the thrift but neither worked. At this point, I was just about done with Sharks – I didn’t see any at the second hand store and I wasn’t about to buy another one for full price. A few months ago we had houseguests coming, so I searched on Amazon for several hours and this Bissell appealed to me the most. ♦Hail Mary Pass! Fail. I was about to purchase it but wondered if any of the literally 3-4 Sharks I had in my laundry room could be fixed. I read several articles on the Sharks not working due to being clogged with mineral deposits. I tried the pipe cleaner, the paperclip, and CLR; unfortunately, nothing worked. At this point, I decided to cut my losses and ordered the Bissell. ♦Hello Bissell – Where were you all my life? I was impressed by the Bissell immediately upon taking it out of the box. Here are my thoughts on the differences between the two: •The Bissell is significantly sturdier and of a much higher quality than the Shark. I wish I would have taken side-by-side pictures, but I immediately trashed the Sharks upon using the Bissell for the first time. •The water tank on the Shark is small. It is built into the unit, which is inconvenient when it comes to re-filling. The hole to pour water in is tiny. It’s nice that they provide a tiny funnel, but that’s just something else to store and/or lose and I’d rather have an opening big enough where I didn’t need a funnel. The Bissell tank is much larger. It is removable and the opening is very easy to fill. We can mop so much more of the floor on one Bissell water tank than we could with the Shark. **I am not sure if my other Shark issues were possibly caused by not using distilled water; I want to keep my Bissell for a long time, so I am making it a point to keep several gallons of distilled water on hand for those times when I am in the cleaning mood. •I find that the Bissell cleans just as well as the Shark, and I wouldn’t be surprised if it worked better and allowed me to clean it faster if I was able to do a side-by-side comparison. We haven’t used the scrubby brush yet. •The Bissell stands up by itself; the Shark does not (if not propped against something, it will fall). I am definitely someone who has a tendency to knock things over so I won’t be leaving the Bissell in a room upright for an extended period of time, but I find this very convenient when I am moving from room to room, or refilling the water tank. I may also get motivated one day to leave it running on the floor to try to clean the grout lines. There was no way to do this with the Shark. •My mother was able to find many Shark pads at the second hand store. I still have about ten of them in a container, in hopes that I’ll find a way to be able to use them with the Bissell. Extra Bissell pads are expensive. I purchased a pack of 2 on Amazon, since if the cleaning bug hits me, I don’t want to be forced to wait to finish mopping until after laundering the pads. I wish the Bissell pads were cheaper, but the replacements did fit perfectly and work as well as the originals. I have no complaints about the quality. http://amzn.com/B00A6G37SU •I didn’t use and I have no intention of using fragrance disks. I don’t like artificial fragrances, although I do like essential oils. I read some people put a few drops in the water tank, and I bet they smell great, but I plan on just using water. My main concern is that the Bissell continues to work as long as possible, and I don’t want to add anything that could potentially clog or degrade the system. **Edit: Please read the excellent comment another reviewer added regarding the warranty. I find this information very important.** ♦Last Word I feel somewhat hypocritical in being harsh on the Shark for not lasting longer when I did have my first at least two years for sure, and I’ve only had the Bissell a few months (so I don’t know for sure how long it will last). The difference in quality between the two, even at first sight, is remarkable, so I would be very surprised if the Bissell did not outlive the Shark. I will update my review if anything changes for the better or worse.

Woww! it's great
Style: Steam Starter
don't normally write reviews but Ohh My! great performance! especially for the price. I can't afford to buy a wicked expensive professional high end steamer, so went for this. I did 4 rooms rinsing/hand washing the pad in between rooms. time consuming for first run but wanted to do it right as the directions instructed. tip.. take yr time with patience. a small area at a time, moving the mop slow, pumping the handle for good steam. as instructed go over the area numerous times (per directions 15 strokes), slowly. I broke it down to smaller patches of floor at a time. took a lot of breaks so I had patience. after the steam cleaning I mopped all the floors with my swiffer (reusable cloth pad) n pine sol to test how dirty the swiffer pad got as opposed to normally. huge difference! barely dirty swiffer pad, indicating the steam mop did the job. tested out barefoot & my floors feel soo smoothe n clean! also my house is high traffic from people and PETS. even with cleaning regularly the mop pad got verry dirty, i know it took a lot of dirt off the floors that normal cleaning just dont achieve. made a HUGE differences to crevices & edges where grime builds up. note: over time the floors will get even cleaner, can't expect perfection one round with built up dirt that hasn't been thoroughly cleaned by normal mopping. as time goes by can probably lighten up with the time spent & the repetitions. is plastic but thats a great thing, is light making it very easy to keep going! Just be careful not to bang it up or toss it around. reaches under furniture items great! manuevers with ease in all directions. wish the water reservoir was bigger had to refill several times, however as I said I took my time going over all areas numerous times, pumping out lots of steam. I will probably thoroughly steam mop the floors periodically, in between do normal mopping. have a new ceramic tile bathroom floor that per the instructions, I did not use the steam mop. if it's not coated or sealed it can discolor the ceramic. read all the directions. the cord is frustrating, in the way. i hold it up as i mop but for the price and performance i can deal with that. don't hesitate my house feels so clean n sanitized!

Good steamer and brand name.
Style: Steam Starter
I gave 4 stars as Shark Steamer mop S1000 is a good product. My last one was the purple steam mop and lasted 15 years. It was used at least once a week on all floors and for mess. It has the power steam and wipe the dirt away. Fast and easy. I have sealed hard wood floors, lots of tile, have always had two large dogs and one messy spouse who seams to drop everything on the kitchen floor, and brings in mud. (The dogs are cleaner). Needless to say, it gets good use. Fill the tank, wait as instructions say 2-3 minutes, you will hear the steam and it ready. I like the washable pads and ordered six extra to have them on had. The last was you had to fill the tank, not removable. This new one has a removable tank which I like the idea. Easy to dump out any water remain to let dry. However, maybe because it’s new, I find the tank is a bit hard to remove, the instructions say to pull up and out. You have to just pull out. The button under the tank on the machine its self does push in to allow the tank to snap back into place, but to remove it takes a little figure power to pull out. It needs a tank release button to make easier for arthritis hands. But I am still sticking with this machine and brand, hope it does me just as well as the last one.
