A premium whey protein concentrate (WPC) produced from Australian grass-fed dairy. Compared with whey protein isolate (WPI), WPC is less processed and retains more of whey’s natural bioactive compounds for a creamier taste and excellent mixability.

How to use
Serving size: 1 serve (30 g). 30 serves per 900 g bag.
- Shake it: Mix 30 g with 250–300 ml cold water or milk of choice for a post-workout shake or high-protein snack.
- Blend it: Add to smoothies with banana, berries, nut butter or oats.
- Bake it: Boost pancakes, muffins or protein balls.
- Stir it: Through yoghurt, porridge or overnight oats.
- In coffee: Let coffee cool to ~60–65 °C, first make a smooth paste with a little room-temp liquid, then stir in for a creamy protein hit.
Tablespoon note: International standard tablespoons are 15 ml; many Australian measuring tablespoons are 20 ml. Volumes (ml) don’t equal weight (g); density varies.

WPC vs WPI — which should I choose?
WPC is less processed, creamier and often easier on the stomach, with more natural whey fractions. WPI is filtered to reduce lactose even further and can be useful when ultra-low carbs are required. This product is WPC.
Is this suitable for keto or low-carb diets?
Yes. Each 30 g serve contains 4.1 g carbs and 1.9 g sugars with 23 g protein. It fits well within most keto/low-carb plans.
Does it contain artificial sweeteners or thickeners?
No. It’s free from artificial sweeteners, colours, gums and unnecessary thickeners.
Can I add it to hot drinks?
Yes, but avoid very hot liquids. Let coffee cool to ~60–65 °C, make a quick paste with a little room-temp liquid, then stir in.
Is it gentle on digestion?

Gentle protection for tiny beginnings

Great Product-Love These

We have tried other name brand diapers over the years and people rave about other brands, but our experience with other brands is not good. Even the hospital doesn't use this brand and baby's onesie kept getting wet. They were folding their Pampers down at top for umbilical cord where Huggies have cut out for umbilical cord. Our personal experience is other name brand diapers seem to leak with our babies, and these stay snug and keep clothes and baby dry. When it says 100% leak proof and all-around blowout blocker it's factual for us and our babies. They are easy to use and durable. We have babies with sensitive skin and there is no irritation with these diapers.
