It is not available in a granulated version because it works best in a powdered format.

Ratio to sugar in recipes:  1:1 as Sweet as Sugar

Ingredients: Erythritol, Inulin, Monk fruit, Organic Stevia

Macros for 100g – Carbohydrate 0g, Net Carbs 0g, Fat 0g, Protein 1.3g, Energy 50kj,  Gluten 0g, Sodium 0g, Dietary Fibre 3g.

Keto Recipes that use this Keto Ingredient: You can use the Keto Store™ Sweetener the exact same way as sugar. It's fine to stir it into your coffee or tea, sprinkle it on grapefruit, or bake with it. 

Creaming with Butter
Because the sweetener contains inulin, it won't cream exactly like regular sugar does. Rest assured it will still function perfectly well once baked. 

Crystalisation
The Keto Store™ Sweetener blend comes finely powdered and ready to use in more recipes. Because the crystal sizes are much finer, it will take a much longer time for this Erythritol based sweetener to crystalise. Should you need a sweetener that doesn't ever crystalise then our Allulose Sweet as Sugar range is better suited. 

How much can I eat? While there aren't any official guidelines on use, but most people can easily handle 1 gram for every kilogram of body weight daily.
