| RECOMMENDED DOSE - (ORAL) ADULTS ONLY: |
| Take 1 capsule three times per day with a glass of water. |
| DURATION OF USE: |
| Use for a minimum of 1 week to see beneficial effects. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 18 weeks. |

| Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, ultraviolet light (UV) or UV therapy. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Obtained for one of my grandsons to wear to his big brothers wedding. It fit him perfect and looked so nice perfect color he was so proud to be his brother's best man. The material was breathable so he did not feel to hot. If you are needing a good looking suit you will not go wrong with this company.
