Collagen Serving Amounts
For general use:
Mix 5g per day mixed with a cold drink, for example, water, juice, a shake or yogurt of your choice. Mix thoroughly and wherever possible allow 5 minutes for any clumps to dissolve and/or re-mix as necessary. Best taken with Vitamin C.
For more specific issues:
The dosage may be doubled as directed.
