Il Nebbiolo proviene infatti da un vigneto piantato nel 2003 nel territorio

Rosso granato chiaro, al naso esprime sentori floreali e fruttati tipici del varietale. Complesso e piacevole, in bocca è di buon corpo, delicato nel distendersi e decisamente fresco. Chiude lungo, sul frutto.

Veri e propri testimoni delle Langhe, i discendenti di Luigi Einaudi con il passare degli anni hanno acquistato piccoli appezzamenti di terreno anche lontano da Dogliani. Il Nebbiolo proviene infatti da un vigneto piantato nel 2003 nel territorio del Comune di Neive, non lontano da Barbaresco. Da un anno di maturazione in legno deriva il Langhe Nebbiolo DOC dei Poderi Luigi Einaudi, un vino elegante e disteso, ottimo compagno della tavola, destinato ad una nobile evoluzione in bottiglia ma piacevole da bere anche giovane.

A tutto pasto, il Nebbiolo dei Poderi Luigi Einaudi accompagna ottimamente primi piatti a base di carne. Da provare con le tradizionalissime lasagne alla bolognese.
