*You must be present, show valid ID and your membership card at the door for entry. You are responsible to keep your black card safe. A one time $20 fee will be charged for missing or lost cards. Non transferable, no cash value. Cards may not be returned or exchanged. Black Card Elite members may bring one guest per lounge. Members must be present at check-in with their guest. Guest passes to not roll forward. The Salem Vampire Lounge is 21+.
