The AFE 50-70121T Pro 10R Filter Momentum HD Cold Air Intake System will improve the airflow into the engine of your GM 3.0L Duramax LM2/LZ0. This pre-oiled Pro 10R media filter is a 9" tall 360-degree radial flow air filter with a 5-1/2" flange. This filter media features ten layers of progressively finer cotton gauze media for maximum performance and filtration. This filter's inverted top and large surface area offer a much longer life between cleaning intervals, while reinforced metal provides maximum rigidity to prevent filter collapse. This media is perfectly suited for off-road applications.
Filter-to-Housing Interface:
This intake system's unique filter-to-housing connection was designed to hold the largest air filter possible. Once the Momentum HD air intake system is installed, the air filter can be removed easily from the housing for cleaning by uninstalling the inlet tube.
Unique One-Piece Housing:
Constructed out of heat-resistant cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), this one-piece enclosed housing features AFE's exclusive filter-to-housing connection. Its revolutionary design decreases the total number of parts, allowing for a straightforward installation. The middle ground between pants and sweats
