Available in multiple lengths and thread options, it lets you tailor your setup to fit your driving style. Shift knobs are sold separately, so you can finish the setup with the look and feel you want.
Made in Florida and designed for NV4500 and NV5600 manual transmission applications, this shifter is engineered to work best with the factory stub tower for a secure, long-lasting fit. Some aftermarket stub towers may have less precise thread tolerances, which can allow the shifter to loosen over time. For the best results, Diesels and Dirtbags also recommends replacing the factory rubber spacer with an LRG Spacer to help improve shifter feel and consistency.
Note: This shifter may cause a slight increase in transmission noise. Diesels and Dirtbags recommends using a sound dampener if desired.
Important Fitment Notes:
- Compatible with NV4500 transmissions from 1998-2004
- Compatible with NV5600 manual transmissions
- 1994-1997 NV4500 transmissions require a square-top conversion or threaded shift stub conversion kit before installation
