Crafted from 85% Corvina Veronese, 10% Corvinone, and 5% Rondinella, this wine undergoes a distinctive ripasso technique, where freshly vinified Valpolicella wine is re-fermented over the pomace of Amarone. The wine pours an intense ruby red, opening with a generous bouquet of black cherry, plum, and spice.
