The 50S’ Mesh technology brings a new level of robust, reliable connections and smart, flexible intercom message routing thanks to significant technical enhancements made to the original Sena Mesh Intercom algorithm. Sena’s 50S units actively share information between each other within the Mesh network at an astounding rate. An ingenious system of prompts and responses between the Mesh units has resulted in 80% more data being transferred across challenging and harsh conditions. Furthermore, Mesh units quickly determine the ideal pathway to efficiently transmit messages from rider to rider.

MULTI-CHANNEL COMMUNICATION & PRIVATE CONVERSATIONS
The 50S delivers not one, but three different intercom modes available to Sena riders: Multi-Channel Open Mesh Intercom, Group Mesh Intercom, and Bluetooth Intercom.
Multi-Channel Open Mesh Intercom (Open Mesh) features the industry’s first Mesh Intercom channel system. Similar to standard handheld or CB radios, the 50S allows users to switch between nine different channels when operating in Open Mesh mode. Open Mesh offers a single push of a button to click-to-connect to the Mesh Intercom network. It also supports a near-limitless number of users within a range of up to 8 km (min. 6 riders @ 1.6 km intervals). With this ease of connecting, huge user capacity, incredible range, AND the inclusion of the nine-channel feature, the 50S Open Mesh Intercom mode is sure to be a game-changer for large group/club rides.
If you prefer a private group conversation, simply switch to Group Mesh Intercom mode. Group Mesh supports a single, private group for up to 24 participants and the same amazing range as Open Mesh. To ensure privacy, only invited users can join the Group Mesh chat. Whichever of the two Mesh Intercom modes you choose, you’ll enjoy the robust reliability engineered into Sena’s Mesh network.
Traditional four-way Bluetooth Intercom mode continues to be an option for connecting other Sena Bluetooth-enabled users within a 1.2-mile range. Additionally, 50S users can pair with a Sena Bluetooth Intercom user and ‘bridge’ them into a Mesh Intercom conversation.
TAKE CONTROL WITH VOICE COMMANDS
There’s no need to lift a finger when you can ask the 50S to handle it. Voice commands give you control of Sena’s 50S system functions, such as answering the phone or starting up a Group Mesh session. The 50S supports these system voice commands across eight languages, including English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, and Russian!

RAPID CHARGING AND AUTOMATIC UPDATES: MEET THE SENA WIFI ADAPTER
The 50S features a high-density battery that charges 30% faster in comparison to its predecessors. The headset is fully charged in only an hour, providing up to 9 hours of Mesh intercom talk time or 14 hours of Bluetooth intercom talk time. Plus, with Sena’s fast-charging feature, in as little as 20 minutes, the 50S will provide up to 3.5 hours of Mesh communication or 6 hours of Bluetooth intercom!

Great Replacement Cabin Air Filters for my 2008 Honda Civic

ℹ️ Summary
I picked these up because I needed some replacement cabin air filters for my 2008 Honda Civic. These seem like decent quality and they were a perfect fit in my car. For $15 at time of order for two air filters it was a solid deal that I can glad recommend to others. I hate writing short reviews, but there’s not much else to say about these.
Here is how I rate items:

Good fit for Acura MDX
Size: 8.8" x 9.3" x 1.1"
This is an air cabin filter that will fit many cars, and in my case a 2019 MDX. Since this kind of filter is not doing anything critical like keeping dirt out of an engine, I shop around for non-OEM filters for something that strikes a balance between price versus performance. This filter just filters out dust in a car cabin, and when we’re not in our cars, we don’t have the benefit of an air filter when we are walking around outdoors. At a fraction of the price of an Acura filter, this filter seems to strike that balance. The filter media looks sturdy and is embedded with charcoal to help absorb odors.
Installation is very straightforward in my MDX, and similar in most cars. There is a compartment door inside the glovebox that first must be removed before changing the filter. Pay attention to the direction flow arrow that shows which way the filter should be installed.
Overall I am satisfied with this filter. It is inexpensive, fits perfectly, and seems to do the job just fine. It is definitely worth trying if you are trying to save money.

These filters do the job

Fits great in my '08 Accord LX and my '19 Accord Sport 2.0t. They filter air well and are easy to install like any cabin air filter in a Honda. I am pleased. Good value for the price.
