Our papadums (poppadoms or papad) are handmade with nutrient rich lentils and spices that are cultivated in humid and temperate areas of India. These sun-dried lentil crisps are light, easy to digest, fast to cook, and popularly consumed for their high protein, iron as well as fiber content.
Ingredients: Split Matpe Beans (Urad Dal), Salt, Black Pepper, Cumin, & Asafoetida (Hing)
Cooking Directions:
Microwave/Oven:
Place the papadums in the microwave or in the oven on microwave safe plate and cook for about 60 - 90 seconds until crispy. Serve hot with the dressing of your choice.
Stovetop/Grill:
Place the papadums in a pan on stovetop or on a grill and cook on high for about 1 minute until crispy. Serve hot with the dressing of your choice.
