White inner substrate (underside of the cover) helps auditing procedures by making staining easy to identify

The cushion cover can be completely removed and laundered up to 80°C to aid decontamination protocols

It’s been a solid purchase that will undoubtedly be a workhorse in my kitchen. The first use allowed me to toss my 3 cutting boards that I’ve been using for years and were worn. I’m anxious to see if it holds up with the daily use I’ll undoubtedly subject it to.
