ENGLISH DESCRIPTION The first novel by Camilo José Cela, a landmark in postwar Spanish literature. The Family of Pascual Duarte first saw the light in 1942 and had a huge impact on the Spanish literary scene of the time. Camilo José Cela's first book was a valuable starting point for postwar Spanish narrative. The tragic life of its archetypal protagonist, who lived submersed in anguish, pain, and the most savage violence, was an indirect reflection of the cruelty and savagery suffered by Spaniards during the recently concluded Civil War, while at the same it opened the door to a new literary style, later known as "tremendismo", which is characterized by a tendency to emphasize violence and grotesque imagery.Shipping Notes

100% Cotton Pillows .

These pillows feel soft and fluffy without being too flat. They provide nice support for the neck and feel comfortable whether sleeping on your side or back. Since receiving them, these king-size white goose down pillows have truly transformed my sleep. They are incredibly soft and fluffy to the touch, so plush it's hard to believe they hold their shape. Sleeping on them is like lying on a cloud.
The 100% cotton cover adds extra comfort: it feels cool to the touch, breathes well throughout the night, and helps me maintain a comfortable temperature while I sleep. Furthermore, the "reinforced fiber" structure is noticeable: after several weeks of use, the pillows retain their support; they don't clump or lose their shape, ensuring consistently good rest.
