The all-new K2 Recon 120 ski boot is a seriously lightweight ski boot (one of the lightest alpine boots on the market) that packs a heavyweight punch. 

When designing the new Recon series K2 have used four different density polyurethane plastics and different shell wall thicknesses to construct their new Powerlight shells. This allows the ski boot to be strong where it needs to be, but be light where the strength isn't needed. The end result is a high-performance ski boot that comes in at 1650g (27.5) per boot. 

The 100mm last may feel slightly on the snug side when compared to other similar ski boots, however, the new K2 Powerlight shells are able to be heat molded by your local ski boot fitter. This process allows the ski boot to expand up to 6mm where there is pressure applied, which means it can accommodate all but the widest feet. Soft plastic over the instep for easy entry and fully thermoformable liners means you'll be in comfort all day long.
