The Comic Book Lineup

  1. Green Lantern #25 (2025 Series) – Cover A First Printing: A historic, oversized milestone issue from the blockbuster flagship run by Jeremy Adams. This massive chapter features Hal Jordan matching wits and willpower against the universe-devouring threat of Starbreaker, permanently shifting the status quo for Earth's premier Green Lantern.

  2. Green Lantern #27 (2026 Series) – Cover A First Printing: The high-octane cosmic adventures of Hal Jordan continue. As the cosmic fallout from recent galactic conflicts begins to settle, a dangerous new threat emerges from the deep sectors of space, forcing Jordan to push his willpower to the absolute limit.

  3. Absolute Green Lantern #8 – Cover A Jahnoy Lindsay: Dive into DC’s critically acclaimed, reimagined Absolute universe. Written by Al Ewing with jaw-dropping visual world-building by Jahnoy Lindsay, this key issue delves deeper into the grand mystery of the ring lore and the status of the enigmatic Gold Lantern ring.

  4. Green Lantern Corps #5 (2025 Series) – Cover A Guy Gardner Focus: Co-written by Jeremy Adams and Morgan Hampton. This fast-paced team-up issue follows fan-favorite bowl-cut cosmic cop Guy Gardner, Simon Baz, and Teen Lantern (Keli Quintela) as they attempt a desperate, high-stakes escape from the deadly space-crooks of Necrocopia—featuring a stellar appearance by Space Cabbie!

Essential To Read Before the Class
Format: Paperback
This book provides a good overview of what you'll need to know for your AMGA Single Pitch Instructor (SPI) course and assessment. If you plan to take that course this book is a no-brainer. You just have to buy it and read it. There are a few shortcomings: * The photos of how to tie the knots skip a lot and it is impossible to learn the knots from the book. * The photos of what not to do should be clearly labeled with a red cross bar or WRONG overlay on the photo. If you flip causally through the book and look at the photos some very wrong stuff is there and you have to read the text to know that it is not recommended. * The religious debate on anchor systems rages on. Should you set up a Joshua Tree System with Tether or a Backside System? I realize the AMGA doesn't want to pick sides and will say either is acceptable, but the book doesn't even try to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of various anchor systems.

over all good book, quality pictures
Format: Paperback
this book will get you ready for the course, but there is a lot to learn outside of the book as well. Training and time is the only way to become truly proficient at the skills out lined in this book. over all good book, quality pictures.

Great for semi-experienced looking to build on knowledge.
Format: Paperback
Fantastic instructional manual if you already have some basic knowledge of anchors, ropework and climbing technique. It is written as an instructional manual for climbers looking to turn into guides so if you're brand new this probably isn't the best option for you.
