It is attached to existing combat equipment by slipping it on and over the shoulder straps and cummerbund of the operators plate carrier. The LiftR is self packing and will fit most plate carriers.     I use this thermal tape when heat pressing designs onto shirts, and it’s been really useful for keeping the design in place while moving the shirt on and off the press. Without tape, the design can shift pretty easily, but this helps hold everything steady so the placement stays accurate.
