Welsh Topsoil Lawnmix®
Organic Lawnmix® Welsh Topsoil is our original tried and tested, award winning quality Welsh topsoil. As a natural sandy loam it is ideal for laying turf on or seeding grass seed. We do not recommend using Lawnmix® for over-seeding a lawn, due to the particle size.
This virgin, peat free, Welsh topsoil is sourced only from Greenfield sites (NOT recycled from skips like many others online) then left to sit fallow for a number of years to ensure maximum nutrition and fertility. We then screen it to about 14mm, so we leave stones of just under an inch down in there - just to make sure that the soil stays nice and free draining.
We can supply you with 3 sizes of bulk bag:
- Jumbo Bulk Bag which contains approx. 1000kg (one tonne) *BEST BUY*
- Standard Bulk Bag contains about 750kg (same as most builders merchants)
- Half Bulk Bag contains approx. 500kg
Small Handy Bags are 25kg and the perfect option if you want a small quantity or if you have access issues and will need to carry through your house or over any walls etc.
