Dopo lassaggio della produzione relativa alla prima annata di questo vino, è rimasta in memoria lesclamazione uscita quasi spontanea: Laudemus. È proprio quellesclamazione che oggi dà nome al Lodai. È la bandiera della Tenuta Fertuna, simbolo di una continuità qualitativa non sempre facile da trovare. Il Maremma Toscana Rosso IGT Lodai della Tenuta Fertuna riposa un anno in barriques e affina in vetro per sei mesi. Ottimo.
