This Stoelting F112-38 is used and in excellent, lightly used condition. It has been professionally removed, fully inspected, and thoroughly cleaned by HTX Restaurant Equipment. As with all used commercial equipment, minor cosmetic signs of previous use may be present, including light scratches, scuffs, marks, or signs of handling.
This is not new equipment. Any known major issues will be shown in the photos or stated in the description. Buyer is responsible for reviewing all photos, asking questions before purchase, and confirming that the machine meets their intended use and installation requirements.
Manufacturer warranty does not transfer on used or open-box equipment.

Buyer Responsibility Before Purchase
Buyer is responsible for verifying all details before purchase, including but not limited to voltage, phase, plug type, amperage, electrical requirements, counter space, clearance requirements, ventilation, drain or cleaning requirements, local code requirements, delivery access, unloading needs, and installation requirements.
Freight Shipping

Freight carriers typically deliver curbside or to an accessible delivery point only. They do not bring equipment inside the building, unpack, install, or move the unit to its final location unless a separate service is arranged and approved in writing before shipment.
Important Delivery Inspection Notice
All freight shipments must be inspected at the time of delivery. Buyer must check for visible damage, concealed damage, or shortages before signing the delivery receipt or bill of lading.
Any damage, shortage, or delivery issue must be clearly noted on the bill of lading before signing. Please take photos immediately and contact HTX Restaurant Equipment within 24 hours. Failure to inspect the shipment and note damage or shortage on the delivery paperwork may affect the ability to file a freight claim.
Returns
Returns are accepted only under the conditions stated in this listing and HTX Restaurant Equipment’s return policy.
Buyer pays return freight. Return authorization is required before any item is shipped back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
To be eligible for return, the item must be returned in the same condition it was received. The item must be unused after delivery, uninstalled, unconnected, unmodified, unaltered, undamaged, and returned with all parts, panels, accessories, and components included at the time of sale.
Installed, connected, modified, altered, repaired, used after delivery, or damaged equipment is not eligible for return.
Buyer is responsible for proper palletizing, packaging, freight scheduling, and freight insurance for any approved return. The equipment must be secured for freight transport in a safe and professional manner. Original freight charges are non-refundable.
If the item is returned missing parts, damaged, altered, used, improperly packaged, or in a different condition than received, deductions may apply.
