It also boasts an aromatic and smoky depth typical of Chardonnay.Ferrari’s Perlé was born after careful consideration from the family. Produced from a careful selection of pure Chardonnay grapes, this bubbly is aged on lees for 5 years before undergoing one last period of aging once bottled. Ferrari’s 2008 Trento DOC “Perlé” is a méthode classique bubbly that best blends the typical artistry and elegance of Ferrari-labelled wines. Perlé falls in a category of spumanti all their own: refined and one-of-a-kind in short, simply marvellous.
A great bubbly to accompany an entire meal, Ferrari suggests that it be paired with Italian culatello ham or with veal in a tuna sauce.

Good quality, but likely holds water.
Good quality and was easy to install on base with two bolt lengths provided. I modifed by drilling a small hole through the base of the pole mount so that water can drain out. I have previously ended up with a rotten wooden umbrella pole because the pole mount held water!

Good fit, but loosens easily
Fit perfect but the wind blowing makes the whole umbrella move the part enough to loosen it so continually having to tighten, which is a pain since you have to do so from the bottom of the base.
