Il Valpolicella Classico SuperioreLa Grola di Allegrini è il risultato dell'incontro di tre grandi personalità: la collina della Grola, i vitigni autoctoni della Valpolicella e il syrah. L'ottima esposizione dei vigneti che godono di buona insolazione e della fresca brezza che giunge dal vicino lago di Garda permette alle uve di esprimere il meglio: frutto e nervo acido per le corvina, spezie e morbidezza per il syrah. Una sapiente maturazione in barrique per 16 mesi porta ad un rosso di grande eleganza e armonia, raffinato e capace di evolvere positivamente per oltre un decennio.

A tutto pasto, è indicato per accompagnare piatti a base di carni rosse, sia arrosto che con salse brune, specialmente agnello e capretto. Inoltre è delizioso con funghi stufati o alla griglia e con formaggi stagionati non piccanti.
