Old-school high-stim kick with 1-3 scoop control for your energy level.

USP Labs Jack3d is a high-stim pre-workout that hits fast and hard, with solid caffeine you can see on the label and a bunch of other energizers in a prop blend, plus some workout boosters that aren't fully listed. It's not one of those super-clear, science-perfect options—it's old-school stim power to get you amped and ready to crush.

The main star is caffeine at 135mg per scoop, up to 405mg if you go full 3 scoops. Caffeine is a proven winner in supplements—it boosts endurance, cuts down how tired you feel, and helps you grind through sets. It works by blocking adenosine, which is a brain chemical that makes you feel wiped, so you stay sharp and push longer. One scoop gives a nice boost; three scoops is serious energy, especially with the extras.

Speaking of extras, there's 2-aminoisoheptane HCl, geranium extract, and yohimbe extract, all with hidden doses. These amp up the buzz beyond just caffeine—you feel more drive, heat, less appetite, and a quicker kick. The downside? No exact amounts, so it's harder to track what you're really getting and manage how your body adapts.

For performance, you've got creatine monohydrate, beta-alanine, and arginine alpha-ketoglutarate. Creatine helps your muscles recharge for explosive moves, beta-alanine fights that burn in tough sets by building carnosine (a buffer against acid buildup), and AAKG aims for better blood flow. Solid adds, but again, doses are hidden in the blend.

USP Labs Jack3d by USP Labs contains 135mg Caffeine, a clinical dose for training performance and pump.

Key Highlights

  • 135mg caffeine per scoop, up to 405mg at max—lets you dial in the buzz just right. Start with one to feel it out, go big for that intense push. Caffeine's backed by tons of studies for better workouts and less fatigue.
  • Caffeine's the heavy hitter here, with real science showing it amps performance, wakes you up, and makes effort feel easier— that's why it's in all the top pre-workouts.
  • Stacked stims make this stand out from plain caffeine stuff. On top of the caffeine, you get 2-aminoisoheptane HCl, geranium extract, and yohimbe extract for a sharper, more intense energy that hits harder.
  • 1-3 scoop setup means you control the intensity. Super handy for high-stims, since your tolerance, size, what you ate, or daily coffee can change how it feels each time.
  • Creatine monohydrate in the mix brings the king of strength supps—helps refill quick energy in muscles for those big efforts. Dose isn't listed, but it's a smart add.
  • Beta-alanine throws in endurance help by boosting carnosine to fight acid buildup, so you can push more reps before the burn hits—if the amount's decent.
  • Arginine alpha-ketoglutarate adds that classic pump vibe for better flow. Not as hot as citrulline these days, but it's old-school support for fuller workouts.
  • Yohimbe extract with yohimbine amps the heat and drive, making sessions feel leaner and more fired up, especially fasted or when cutting calories.

USP Labs Jack3d by USP Labs contains 135mg Caffeine, a clinical dose for training performance and pump.

Who Is This For?

  • Seasoned stim fans who know their limits and want more edge than plain caffeine. 135mg per scoop plus extras build that mood-shifting, intense gym drive.
  • Bodybuilders in grind mode needing buzz, less hunger, and better focus for long sets. The stim-heavy setup makes hypertrophy feel more dialed in on off days.
  • Morning or early afternoon lifters with time to ride out the buzz without messing sleep. Up to 405mg caffeine plus more fits when you've got the day ahead.
  • Intermediate-advanced folks who like 1-3 scoop flexibility over one-size-fits-all. Easy to test and tweak for your vibe.
  • Gym rats prioritizing workout feel over perfect labels. It's about the intensity kick, not auditing every dose.
  • Cutters wanting thermogenic, hunger-killing energy. Caffeine, yohimbe, and stims suit fasted or low-cal sessions better than pump-only.

How to Use

Mix 1 scoop in 6-12 oz water, down it 30 minutes before lifting to test the stim hit. With 135mg caffeine plus hidden extras, don't jump to 3 scoops. Build up if one feels good; vets might hit 2, pros only for full. Shaker helps mix, cold water tastes better. Empty stomach = faster kick, post-meal = smoother. No random stacking with other caffeine or stim stuff unless you're tracking. Save max for tough days to avoid tolerance. Keep it sealed, cool, and dry for best powder.

What to Expect

First 0-10 minutes: mostly waiting, hits faster empty stomach. 10-20: caffeine wakes you, maybe warmth or heart bump from the stack. 20-40: peak time—energy high, motivation up, easier to dive in. 40-90: stims keep the session rolling, more energy than pump focus. Days 1-7: figure out your scoop sweet spot. Weeks 2-4: beta-alanine and creatine might build if doses are solid, but label doesn't say.

Key Ingredients

Frequently Asked Questions

How much caffeine is in USP Labs Jack3d?

Jack3d provides 135mg caffeine per scoop. At the full 3-scoop serving, that scales to 405mg caffeine, and that total does not include the additional stimulant impact from 2-aminoisoheptane HCl, geranium extract, and yohimbe extract also present in the proprietary blend.

Is Jack3d a beginner-friendly pre-workout?

No. Even at 1 scoop, this is not just a simple caffeine formula because it also includes other stimulant ingredients at undisclosed amounts. Beginners are better served by a transparent moderate-stim formula with fully disclosed doses and fewer overlapping stimulants.

What does the 1-3 scoop serving mean in practice?

It means you can scale the experience based on tolerance and training demand. One scoop is the appropriate starting point, 2 scoops is a stronger high-stim serving for experienced users, and 3 scoops is the maximum serving with 405mg caffeine plus the rest of the proprietary stimulant blend.

Does Jack3d contain creatine?

Yes, creatine monohydrate is included in the proprietary blend. However, the exact amount is not disclosed, so you cannot confirm whether a given serving provides the full daily 3-5g range commonly used in creatine research.

Does Jack3d contain beta-alanine, and will it cause tingles?

Yes, beta-alanine is included, but the dose is hidden inside the proprietary blend. If the amount is high enough, some users may experience the familiar paresthesia or 'tingling' sensation, but the presence and intensity of that effect will vary by serving size and individual sensitivity.

Is this more of a pump formula or an energy formula?

This is primarily an energy formula. It does include arginine alpha-ketoglutarate for a traditional pre-workout blood-flow angle, but the defining feature is the stacked stimulant profile built around caffeine, 2-aminoisoheptane HCl, geranium extract, and yohimbe.

Can I stack Jack3d with coffee or an energy drink?

That is generally not a good idea unless you are intentionally managing total stimulant intake and already know your tolerance. A full serving already reaches 405mg caffeine before considering the rest of the blend, so adding more caffeine can push the experience from strong to excessive very quickly.

Should I take Jack3d every day?

Most users will do better reserving it for harder training days rather than using maximum servings daily. Frequent use of high-stim formulas tends to increase tolerance, and because this product relies heavily on the stimulant experience, overuse can make it feel less effective over time.

How does Jack3d compare to a transparent pre-workout?

Transparent pre-workouts let you verify every performance ingredient against research-backed dose ranges. Jack3d takes a different approach: it prioritizes the total stimulant experience, but because the formula uses a proprietary blend, you cannot confirm the exact doses of creatine, beta-alanine, AAKG, yohimbe, or the other hidden actives.

What is schisandra doing in this formula?

Schisandra chinensis extract standardized for schizandrol A adds a botanical focus and stress-response component. It is an unusual inclusion in a pre-workout and likely intended to shape the mental side of the experience, though the exact impact depends on the undisclosed dose.

Right from the start, I was drawn in by the prologue!!!
Format: Paperback, Format: Paperback
Queen of Roses (Blood of a Fae #1) by Briar Boleyn Genre General Fiction ( Adult), Romance, Sci-Fi & Fantasy, Dark Romance “More primordial than the stars. My name was on his lips as he promised unspeakable darkness to any who came between us.” Right from the start, I was drawn in by the prologue!!! I’m a big fan of “touch her, and you die” vibes, but I mean, what’s also not to love about a unique Arthurian retelling with gender twists, a treacherous royal court, a dangerous quest, magical Fae & mystical monsters, entwined with a bit of spice! Morgan, Princess of Pendrath and true heir to the throne has spent most of her life dimming her light to feel safe and to make others comfortable. She is treated as an outcast in the court and repressed by her family due to the blood of the Fae within her and forced to join the Temple of the Three as a priestess in training to one day replace Merlin. Her brother, King Arthur, who reminds me of Joffrey from Game of Thrones, later tells her that he has other plans and offers her a choice of the Temple or to marry her off for political gain, unless… that is, she can journey through the great unknown and return with a long-lost fae weapon with enchanted powers known as Excalibur. Her quest begins with a roguish crew that includes the mysterious, arrogant, and heart-tuggingly handsome Captain of the Royal Guard, Kairos Draven, whom she can’t decide if she wants to stab or indulge in pleasure with. Along the way are plenty of surprises, mystical creatures, and betrayal, all while Morgan uncovers more of the truth about herself and who she can trust. This book had intriguing storylines and lovable characters that kept me turning pages and wanting more. I can’t wait to see how it all unfolds and comes together in book 2, Court of Claws, which I just started reading!! Read if you’re into- Dark Fantasy/Romance Slow–Burn Question Everything Magic and Action Fae Arthurian Legend Stabby/Broken FFC Morally Gray MMC Forced Proximity Queen of Roses is perfect for Holly Black, Jennifer L. Armentrout, and Sarah J. Maas fans. Please check the trigger warnings page in the table of contents before reading this book.

3.5 stars, A little boring to say the least.
Format: Kindle
Wow so I'm not sure where to begin on this one. This was a very different take on the legend of Arthur and Excalibur. This is told from the point of view of Morgan the sister of Arthur. Honestly the first 50% of this book is world building and character building which unfortunately was super boring for me. Morgan to me was a female MC that had a hard time in believing in herself. Sometimes taking too long to understand exactly what was going on around her. Draven was also a different male MC, like I couldn't put my finger on him and what he was all about. It was not until the last 10% of the book did we get some answers on the mystery that is Draven. The other 50% of the book centered around this big journey with everyone having a different motive. We see a spark of magic around this time that had me excited but then we never expanded upon that and what it could mean for the female MC. I feel like I want to read the second book just to see where this goes, but the spice was probably a 2 out of 5. Side characters are ok, Lancelet was fun but I almost felt like I wanted more.

A bewitching retelling of Arthurian legend!
Format: Kindle
In a land where the Fae have nearly become only a legend and those who still posses even a morsel of the blood are few and far between, Morgan finds herself cast aside by most of society due to her rumored half-Fae lineage, including her brother, King Arthur. With the kingdom at the brink of war, Arthur entrusts her with a quest to retrieve a Fae weapon of legendary power: the sword of Perun, Excalibur. Accompanied by men she loathes, Captain Kairos Draven and Ragnar Whitehorn, she embarks on her long and unbeknownst perilous journey, only to find that things she once believed to be myth are in fact very real. With devastating twists, omitted truths, witty banter and fierce action, Queen of Roses leaves you begging to know more about the secrets of Aercanum! Wow, wow, wow! Going into this story, I did not realize that it was going to be a retelling of Arthurian legend, especially not one with a fantastical twist! The unique spin almost gave me The Witcher vibes and I think adding Fae into the mix was quite interesting. I knew the basics of the legend but after reading this book, it has piqued my interest and makes me want to learn more about it. My attention was snatched as soon as I finished the prologue and I knew that I was going to devour this story. I truly enjoyed the gender swaps and even how Arthur was portrayed as villainous. Morgan’s past and even her parts of her present is absolutely heartbreaking, and I felt for her at times. I can only recall one other book that made me hate characters the way I despised Florian and Arthur, leaving me with my blood boiling and feeling disgusted. Even after finishing the book, Draven is still a mystery to me and I cannot figure out how to feel about him. I guess they just means that the author did an excellent job at conveying each character’s persona! The rich world building and imagery made it easy for me to visualize the places that the group visited along their journey. I am truly engulfed in this story and I cannot wait to see wait fate awaits Morgan and how the Fae will be even more incorporated in the next book!. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Enchanting
Format: Kindle
"Queen of Roses" by Briar Boleyn is a delightful and refreshing reimagining of the classic tale of King Arthur, with a captivating twist that places the spotlight on Morgan, a character who has often been overshadowed in traditional retellings. Boleyn's creative decision to shift the narrative perspective to Morgan breathes new life into the story, offering readers an intriguing and compelling look at the Arthurian world from an entirely different angle. One of the most commendable aspects of this book is its incorporation of Fae elements, which adds an enchanting layer of magic and mystery to the already familiar Arthurian setting. Boleyn skillfully weaves the world of the Fae into the narrative, creating a captivating backdrop against which the events of the story unfold. This addition not only adds depth to the world-building but also provides ample opportunities for twists and turns that keep readers thoroughly engrossed. However, while the book boasts numerous strengths, it does have one noticeable flaw: the characterization of Morgan. While it is reasonable to create a flawed and complex protagonist, it appears that at times, Morgan's character becomes overly difficult and hard to relate to. Her persistently negative perception of one of the main male characters, who is a potential love interest, despite his efforts to support and assist her, may come across as somewhat irrational and could test the patience of some readers. Striking a balance between a strong, independent character and one who can recognize genuine support and affection could have enhanced the overall reader experience. Nonetheless, the allure of "Queen of Roses" lies in its innovative approach to the Arthurian legend and its skillful blending of fantasy elements into a familiar narrative. Boleyn's evocative prose draws readers into a world where magic, destiny, and fate entwine, leaving us eager to uncover the mysteries that unfold within the pages. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

An action-packed dark romantasy
Format: Kindle
I loved this book! Queen of Roses is an Arthurian-inspired dark romantasy that is the first book in the Blood of Fae series. The story follows Morgan, the princess of Camelot who is rumored to be part fae. Fueled by prejudiced hatred and a mistrust of fae blood, Morgan’s abusive father strips her of her birthright and hands it to her half-brother, Arthur. Instead of becoming queen, Morgan is commanded to join the temple of the goddesses when she comes of age. However, Arthur turns into a psychopathic, power-hungry, fae-hating king as he ages. He develops malevolent plans and commands Morgan to find an ancient weapon with legendary power. Although Morgan is wary of Arthur’s intentions, she embraces the opportunity to go on a journey and potentially change her fate. The story picks up from there and we follow Morgan on her quest to find the ancient relic. It’s full of high stakes adventure, mystery, tension, banter, forced proximity, hidden magic, self discovery, and betrayal. This first installment of the series intricately develops the world building and character development. There’s little romance in this book, but it is evident that it is a slow burn that will continue to develop throughout the remainder of the series. Overall, I loved the world building, the epic fantasy, Morgan’s journey of self discovery, and all of the twists and turns that set the stage for the future installments. I can’t wait to see what happens next!
