The Ghost Hoodie is an ultra-lightweight (395g), highly packable (fits into a cargo pocket) poncho style Ghillie top that provides exceptional visual and NIR signature reduction. Made using innovative CONCAMO camouflage patterns that are built around the concept of perceptual psychology and feature 25 visual layers as well as very few repeated shapes, Ghosthood products help you disappear in any environment.

CONCAMO's highly effective camouflage patterns make the Ghillie Short an outstanding solution for reducing your visual (and NIR) signature even without attaching natural vegetation. However, vegetation can easily be attached to augment your camouflage using the 55 "CFIX" attachment points.

Built in hand camouflage, a foldable hood (making it compatible for use with helmets), and a rifle / optic opening towards the base that gives users the capability to create final firing positions and screens make it a true force multiplier and a necessary addition to everyone's kit. 

Are the CFIX points not enough for you? If so, you can easily create additional tie-on points anywhere on the Ghost Hoodie simply by using a needle and whatever cordage you choose - reducing overall bulk as compared to traditional Ghillie systems covered in paracord grids to tie-off to.

Weight is everything when you have to carry your own gear, and weighing in at a mere 395g, Ghosthood's Ghost Hoodie is an ultra-lightweight, breathable, quick-drying solution to traditional Ghillie hoods perfect for use in hot, humid or tropical environments.

Powerful for the presenter

My boss's boss recently told me that our organization's presentations are boring data dumps that make her wish she was somewhere other than there listening but not really hearing or caring about this slide and dreading the next. It captured and expanded on the instinct my new mentor explained so that I could now understand how to use the slides to supplement the story and how to interweave the data so the whole presentation is more meaningful and memorable. I recommend this book to anyone looking for more of an answer on how to improve their presentations and eliminate the data dump in bullet points.

If you rely on Powerpoint-like presentation in your work, get Cliff Atkinson's Beyond Bullet Points. I had determined that improving my company's presentations had potentially very high returns so I started poking around the net and Amazon for resources to help. At first, I struck out with books that were supposed to improve presentations, but ended up being guides on technically how to use Powerpoint. That was NOT what I was looking for. Beyond Bullet Points is very different. It is a philosophy about creating presentations whose purpose is to communicate a story, not dump information. Frankly, it was not intuitive for me so I had to decide to just trust that it would work. When I was about ¾ finished, I started to really "feel" what I was doing. And, to my surprise, the most unlikely people really liked the result. In a world where most business and how-to books are nothing more that restating what you already know (or, what you know isn't true), this one is an exception. I highly recommend it!
