Rauwolscine-powered energy boost with real appetite help for cutting

Hi-Tech's Elite Fat Burning Stack is a bold, stim-focused fat burner that ramps up your body's alert chemicals, tames appetite, and helps you stick to your diet day in and day out. It's not a totally open-book formula – some ingredients are in a blend without full doses shown, but it clearly lists 200mg garcinia cambogia extract at 60% hydroxycitric acid, 100mg 2-aminoisoheptane HCl, and 100mg caffeine anhydrous. The plan is simple: boost your energy and drive, push those alert signals harder than caffeine alone, and make cutting calories feel doable.

The star here is rauwolscine extract, which is alpha-yohimbine, though the dose isn't listed. Rauwolscine blocks alpha-2 receptors – those are like brakes on your norepinephrine, the stuff that keeps you alert. Blocking them lets more norepinephrine flow, which can sharpen focus, cut hunger, and help burn fat, especially in tough spots with lots of those receptors. Studies suggest 0.75mg to 1.5mg works well, and it teams up great with caffeine. Since the dose is hidden, you can't check if it's in that range, but when it's right, you feel a way edgier stim hit than just caffeine.

100mg caffeine anhydrous is a solid middle-ground amount, but it's not solo here. Caffeine perks you up, makes effort feel easier, and bumps energy burn by blocking adenosine receptors and kicking off those alert chemicals. Alone, 100mg is easy for most, but mixed with ra

Key Highlights

  • 100mg caffeine anhydrous kicks things off with quick energy. Paired with rauwolscine and 100mg 2-aminoisoheptane HCl, it hits way harder than a plain 100mg caffeine pill.
  • Rauwolscine extract is the standout for fat loss. It blocks alpha-2 receptors – those brakes on your adrenaline – so you get better hunger control and fat burn in stubborn areas, which is why pros love it for cuts.
  • Caffeine and rauwolscine team up great – studies and real use show it. Caffeine wakes you up and ramps alert signals, rauwolscine amps it by removing brakes, making your cut feel sharper than either alone.
  • 100mg 2-aminoisoheptane HCl adds extra mental push beyond caffeine. You'll notice more urgency, better focus, and readiness to train – perfect for those tough deficit days.
  • 200mg garcinia cambogia extract at 60% HCA gives you 120mg hydroxycitric acid. It's a decent dose, not huge, but it adds real appetite control without just leaning on stims.
  • Capsules are super easy – no mixing, no taste issues, no big scoops. Great for fasted cardio, early shifts, or tossing in your bag for travel.
  • This stack tackles the mental side of fat loss too. When calories drop, energy, hunger, and sharpness matter – and these ingredients hit all that for real dieting wins.
  • Bacopa monnieri extract is a cool add in a fat burner. It's not the main burner, but it might help with brain or mood support, making this less one-note than pure stim products.

Who Is This For?

  • Seasoned cutters in a strict deficit needing hunger help and workout energy. Caffeine, 2-aminoisoheptane HCl, and hidden rauwolscine suit folks who know basic burners fall short when calories crash and tiredness hits.
  • Athletes leaning with fasted cardio. Rauwolscine shines for alpha-2 blocking – pros seek it for cuts – and with caffeine, it gives that urgent feel for morning sessions.
  • Pros dieting through packed days where hunger and brain fog kill it more than workout skips. Hits appetite and fatigue from different sides to make low-cal days doable.
  • Mid-level lifters keeping gym fire while dropping weight. Stims support drive when fuel's low and motivation dips mid-cut.
  • Folks who dig strong stims and need more than 100-200mg caffeine alone. Rauwolscine and 2-aminoisoheptane make it punchier than plain caffeine burners.
  • People who like capsule thermogenics over powders – no sugar, flavors, or big doses. One cap fits easy into mornings or pre-cardio without stack changes.

How to Use

Start with 1 capsule to test how it feels, especially if you're not stacking with strong pre-workouts or tons of coffee. Take 20-30 minutes before fasted cardio, training, or your tough hunger window. With caffeine, rauwolscine, and 2-aminoisoheptane HCl, it's best on an empty-ish stomach for quicker kick-in – big meals can slow it. Wash down with water, and hold off on extra stims till you gauge the strength. If you train late, ease up – even 100mg caffeine feels bigger and lasts longer with these add-ons. Use for cut phases, not nonstop; try weeks on, then low-stim breaks. Store cool and dry, lid tight to keep capsules fresh.

What to Expect

First 10-20 minutes, you'll get a smooth alertness boost from the caffeine. By 20-40 minutes, the edge sharpens: stronger drive, less appetite, and that alert buzz from rauwolscine and 2-aminoisoheptane. Peaks in 1-3 hours, making cardio, lifts, or deficit sticking easier. Then it fades, but if you're stim-sensitive, it might linger. Week one, it's all about that instant help – ready to move, less hungry. Weeks 2-4, the win is consistency, turning easier days into real progress over a full cut.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much caffeine is in Elite Fat Burning Stack?

Each 1-capsule serving provides 100mg caffeine anhydrous. That is a moderate caffeine dose on paper, but the formula also includes 100mg 2-aminoisoheptane HCl and undisclosed rauwolscine extract, so the overall stimulant experience is stronger than 100mg caffeine alone would suggest.

Is Elite Fat Burning Stack a high-stim fat burner?

Yes. Even though the caffeine content is only 100mg, the inclusion of rauwolscine and 2-aminoisoheptane HCl makes this a high-stim style formula in practice. It is designed for users who want a more aggressive cutting feel than standard caffeine-only thermogenics provide.

What does rauwolscine do in this formula?

Rauwolscine, often called alpha-yohimbine, is a potent alpha-2 adrenergic receptor antagonist. By blocking those receptors, it can increase norepinephrine signaling, which is why users often report sharper energy, stronger appetite suppression, and a more pronounced thermogenic feel.

Is the rauwolscine dose fully disclosed?

No. Rauwolscine is present, but the exact amount is not disclosed on the formula information provided. That matters because published use ranges are relatively low and individual tolerance varies significantly, so you cannot precisely compare this product’s rauwolscine content to clinical reference points.

What is the garcinia cambogia dose and is it clinically strong?

The formula provides 200mg garcinia cambogia extract standardized to 60% hydroxycitric acid, which yields 120mg HCA per serving. That is a supportive dose, but it is modest relative to the higher daily intakes often used in standalone HCA research, so garcinia is not the main driver of this product’s effect.

Should I take Elite Fat Burning Stack fasted?

Many experienced users prefer taking it fasted or with only a light meal 20 to 30 minutes before cardio or training. A fuller meal can delay absorption and soften the onset, especially for stimulant-heavy formulas where users typically want a more immediate effect.

Can I stack this with pre-workout or energy drinks?

Use caution. Since this already contains caffeine, rauwolscine, and 2-aminoisoheptane HCl, stacking it with pre-workouts or multiple caffeinated beverages can push stimulation too high for many users. If you do combine it with anything, start conservatively and assess tolerance first.

Is this a good fat burner for beginners?

Usually no. The stimulant profile is more advanced than the caffeine number alone suggests, and the proprietary blend means not every active can be precisely audited. Beginners are generally better served by a simpler, fully transparent thermogenic or a lower-stim weight management formula.

How long should I use Elite Fat Burning Stack?

This type of formula is best used during a defined cutting phase rather than indefinitely. Since stimulant tolerance can build, many users run it for several weeks, evaluate response, then rotate into a lower-stim period before starting another cycle.

What results should I realistically expect?

Expect more immediate help with energy, appetite control, and cardio or workout readiness than direct visible fat loss from the capsule alone. The real value is that it can make a calorie deficit easier to sustain, which is what drives actual body-composition change over time.

Arthurian Fae Quest…say less.
Format: Kindle
A fae centered Arthurian tale unlike any I’ve read so far. The author did a great job at descriptive world building, with scenes easily playing out in my minds eye. There was plenty of action, suspense, and even a touch of horror. An enemies to lovers, slow burn romance, a quest, with plot twist and turns aplenty. There was a love triangle, which I’m not usually a fan of but, it played out well in this story line. The FMC, Morgan Pendragon, was so blatantly naïve, yet I typically expect as much in a ‘book one’ of a series, especially one that features a fairly sheltered princess. I was happy to read that in spite of this, she still showed a strong sense of morals, fire, and spine. Now our MMC? Kairos Draven, aka Void’s Edge. Oh, how I’m a sucker for a smoking’ hot grumpy warrior alpha with a witty mouth, and a strong sense of “touch her and die” attitude, so you know who held all my cards. That ending? Just made me swoon all the harder. Now add a battlecat that rivals the size of a horse…and well Ms. Briar Boleyn you have well and truly stolen my heart. I’m excited to see where the story goes from here, and follow along to see more of the characters growth. I went into this story fairly blind, and I think I enjoyed it all the more because of it. Once the story got going, it had me in an absolute chokehold and it was difficult to put down.

Not a bad start
Format: Kindle
3 stars Thank you Netgalley and Briar Boleyn for the ARC! A camelot/king Arthur retelling with fae. I was hooked by the idea of this book immediately and was eager to jump into this world. • slow burn • enemies to lovers • who did this to you Morgan Pendragon watched her mother die by her father's hand when she was just eight years old, hiding under the bed. Morgan is believed to have the tainted blood of the fae in her veins and is cast aside so that her fathers illegitimate son, Arthur, can become the king. She's seen his cruel treatment of the fae firsthand, so when he sends her on a journey to find a fae weapon she seizes the opportunity to do more with her life. Along the way, she finds more than she could have imagined. I don't know a whole lot about King Arthur and Camelot but I had a lot of fun with this story! The plot has some similar tropes to popular romantasy books (From blood and ash) but there's enough originality here that it doesn't feel like I'm reading a copy. I liked how the fae were different in appearance than what is typical in most fantasy books I've read. In this book they have blue hair, violet skin and a wide range of other characteristics. I thought that the world building was easy to follow and I could easily immerse myself into this world. After reading the blurb I kept wondering when she was going to go on the journey to find Excalibur and it doesn't happen until around the 45% mark. The story is a bit slow at times but starts to pick up once they begin their journey to find Excalibur. The John Wick style Inn was a fun concept that I enjoyed reading about. There are a lot of similarities to this and FBAA and I would have liked to have it be a little more different, but I'm hoping book two will have the story turn into something of its own. Overall I enjoyed reading this story and I'm looking forward to reading book two especially after that ending.

Right from the start, I was drawn in by the prologue!!!
Format: Paperback, Format: Paperback
Queen of Roses (Blood of a Fae #1) by Briar Boleyn Genre General Fiction ( Adult), Romance, Sci-Fi & Fantasy, Dark Romance “More primordial than the stars. My name was on his lips as he promised unspeakable darkness to any who came between us.” Right from the start, I was drawn in by the prologue!!! I’m a big fan of “touch her, and you die” vibes, but I mean, what’s also not to love about a unique Arthurian retelling with gender twists, a treacherous royal court, a dangerous quest, magical Fae & mystical monsters, entwined with a bit of spice! Morgan, Princess of Pendrath and true heir to the throne has spent most of her life dimming her light to feel safe and to make others comfortable. She is treated as an outcast in the court and repressed by her family due to the blood of the Fae within her and forced to join the Temple of the Three as a priestess in training to one day replace Merlin. Her brother, King Arthur, who reminds me of Joffrey from Game of Thrones, later tells her that he has other plans and offers her a choice of the Temple or to marry her off for political gain, unless… that is, she can journey through the great unknown and return with a long-lost fae weapon with enchanted powers known as Excalibur. Her quest begins with a roguish crew that includes the mysterious, arrogant, and heart-tuggingly handsome Captain of the Royal Guard, Kairos Draven, whom she can’t decide if she wants to stab or indulge in pleasure with. Along the way are plenty of surprises, mystical creatures, and betrayal, all while Morgan uncovers more of the truth about herself and who she can trust. This book had intriguing storylines and lovable characters that kept me turning pages and wanting more. I can’t wait to see how it all unfolds and comes together in book 2, Court of Claws, which I just started reading!! Read if you’re into- Dark Fantasy/Romance Slow–Burn Question Everything Magic and Action Fae Arthurian Legend Stabby/Broken FFC Morally Gray MMC Forced Proximity Queen of Roses is perfect for Holly Black, Jennifer L. Armentrout, and Sarah J. Maas fans. Please check the trigger warnings page in the table of contents before reading this book.

3.5 stars, A little boring to say the least.
Format: Kindle
Wow so I'm not sure where to begin on this one. This was a very different take on the legend of Arthur and Excalibur. This is told from the point of view of Morgan the sister of Arthur. Honestly the first 50% of this book is world building and character building which unfortunately was super boring for me. Morgan to me was a female MC that had a hard time in believing in herself. Sometimes taking too long to understand exactly what was going on around her. Draven was also a different male MC, like I couldn't put my finger on him and what he was all about. It was not until the last 10% of the book did we get some answers on the mystery that is Draven. The other 50% of the book centered around this big journey with everyone having a different motive. We see a spark of magic around this time that had me excited but then we never expanded upon that and what it could mean for the female MC. I feel like I want to read the second book just to see where this goes, but the spice was probably a 2 out of 5. Side characters are ok, Lancelet was fun but I almost felt like I wanted more.
