Abrasive grains are bonded to heavy reinforced cloth backing with a durable, heat-resistant resin. A range of coarse grits make these discs ideal for rust and paint removal, spot weld cutting, gasket removal and metal shaping. 3M Roloc Green Corps Abrasive Disc is available in small 2" and 3" diameters for accurate cutting in hard-to-reach places.

3M's Roloc attachment system provides a quick yet secure method of attaching a wide variety of quality abrasive discs to rotary tools. Each Green Corps Abrasive Disc has a plastic threaded button that is color-coded by its grade, making it easy to select the right disc for the application at a glance. The disc screws into a disc pad or disc holder (sold separately) with a short twist, and is removed just as easily. The disc pad or disc holder can be used with any standard 1/4" drill or air tool. This simple assembly provides a secure attachment that is reliable even when working at high speeds. It saves time, too: operators can conveniently change the discs with the same simple twist-off, twist-on motion, and swap grades and jobs in seconds.
