Stim-free muscle support with ATP, PA, and DHEA

Alchemy Labs Notorious is a stim-free capsule that focuses on one big idea: help your training hit harder, boost the body's muscle signals from that training, and do it without caffeine faking the energy. The formula has four main ingredients: Mediator® 50P, elevATP®, 3 β-Hydroxyandrost-5-en-17-one, and BioPerine®. That makes it a mix of hormone support and performance help, not your usual pre-workout or basic test booster.

Mediator® 50P leads the pack. It's a branded form of phosphatidic acid, which ties into mTOR signaling—that's a key path for building muscle protein and adapting to hypertrophy. Lifters use phosphatidic acid to amp up the growth response from weight training. The catch? The exact dose isn't listed in the info we have. Studies often look at 750 mg per day, so without knowing the amount here, we can't say if it matches. But it fits a product aimed at real muscle gains, not just a quick buzz.

Next is elevATP®, a blend of ancient peat and apple extract that helps your body make more ATP. ATP is the energy your muscles use for hard contractions, like in heavy lifts. The research on elevATP is building, not rock-solid yet. Studies often use 150 mg per day, with some showing better body comp and performance. But some of that comes from an industry study that has n

Key Highlights

  • Mediator® 50P is phosphatidic acid that targets mTOR anabolic signals. That's key because training only builds muscle if your body turns that effort into real growth, and this ingredient is a cool pick for that.
  • elevATP® boosts your body's own ATP production instead of relying on stims. It helps with the real energy for muscle work, which is smart for lifters wanting better output without the caffeine push.
  • DHEA is a straight-up hormone precursor, not some vague herb. That makes this formula more advanced than your average gym pill—serious users will get why that's a big deal.
  • BioPerine® helps with absorption in this tight capsule setup. When you're using specialty ingredients at smaller doses, getting them to work better matters.
  • Capsules make it simple to add in—no mixing, no sweeteners, no big routine. Perfect for travelers, odd training times, or keeping things easy day to day.
  • No stims means no crash and no messing with your sleep from the product. That's huge for night trainers or if you're already getting caffeine from coffee or burners.
  • The ingredients fit together: growth signals, ATP help, hormone precursor, and better uptake. It's not a random mix—it's focused on one clear goal.
  • Think of Notorious as an add-on for advanced stacks. It goes with creatine, protein, and real training, not as your starting point.

Who Is This For?

  • Bodybuilders in a bulking phase with calories, protein, and volume set. Mediator® phosphatidic acid and DHEA help max out growth from consistent lifting, not for quick energy.
  • Seasoned lifters training evenings who want stim-free performance. No caffeine means better sleep, but you get ATP, signals, and uptake support.
  • Physique athletes in hypertrophy cycles with smart exercises and overload. It's about adaptation and quality over weeks, not instant intensity.
  • Strength trainers who hate powder pres and like capsules. Delivers key ingredients without the hassle, for easy consistency.
  • Older guys focusing on recovery and hormone-friendly stacks. DHEA fits if you're building around output and growth, and it suits your setup.
  • Hard gainers with creatine and protein who want next-level help. This adds targeted adaptation support after basics are locked in.

How to Use

Take 2 capsules daily—that's the full dose. Training days: 30-60 minutes before to get actives in during lifts. Off days: Same time for steady use. Capsules mean no mixing—just down with water. Sensitive gut? Add food, but big meals might slow it. Stacks great with creatine, protein, and carb meals pre-lift. Don't mix lightly with other DHEA or heavy hormone supps unless planned. No need for stim-style breaks, but think about long-term for the DHEA part. Keep it cool, dry, lid tight.

What to Expect

First 0-20 minutes: Take two capsules, probably feel nothing right away—no stims for that quick hit. 20-60 minutes: If pre-workout, it's about having it in you for the session, not a big feel. During training, no pump or caffeine vibe—just subtle support. Days 1-7: It's more about easy use than wow moments, especially if you're used to stims. First two weeks: Pair it with training and food to see the point. Weeks 2-4: Judge by better sessions, recovery, and if your gains feel supported. This builds up over time, not a one-hit wonder.

Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of supplement is Alchemy Labs Notorious?

Notorious is best classified as a stim-free muscle-building and hormone-support capsule, not a traditional pre-workout. Its core actives are Mediator® 50P, elevATP®, DHEA, and BioPerine®, which points to a formula built around anabolic signaling, ATP support, hormonal support, and absorption rather than caffeine-driven energy.

Does Notorious contain caffeine or stimulants?

Based on the verified formula provided, Notorious does not contain caffeine and is considered stim-free. That makes it a better fit for evening training or for users who want performance support without the sleep disruption or crash associated with stimulant-heavy products.

What does Mediator® do in this formula?

Mediator® is a branded phosphatidic acid ingredient used to support mTOR-related anabolic signaling, one of the key pathways involved in muscle protein synthesis. In practical terms, it is included to help make the growth signal from resistance training more productive.

What is elevATP® supposed to do?

elevATP® is a specialty ingredient made from ancient peat and apple extract, positioned to support endogenous ATP production. ATP is the immediate energy currency used for muscular contractions, so the ingredient is aimed at improving training output and performance capacity without stimulants.

Is the dose of Mediator® or elevATP® fully disclosed?

No. The ingredient names are verified, but the exact amounts for Mediator®, elevATP®, DHEA, and BioPerine® were not disclosed in the available data. That means the formula concept is clear, but a full clinical-dose audit is not possible.

Who should be cautious with Notorious?

Anyone in drug-tested sport, anyone under 18, pregnant or nursing women, and users with hormone-sensitive conditions should avoid this formula unless a qualified healthcare professional says otherwise. The reason is DHEA, which is a hormone precursor and not a casual add-on ingredient.

Can I stack Notorious with creatine?

Yes, and that is one of the most logical ways to use it. Creatine supports phosphocreatine recycling for high-intensity performance, while Notorious adds a different layer through ATP support, anabolic signaling support, and DHEA-based hormonal support.

Should I take Notorious before training or every day?

The most practical approach is one full serving daily. Taking it 30-60 minutes before training makes sense on workout days, while rest-day use should stay consistent so the formula remains part of your daily muscle-building routine.

Is Notorious a good beginner supplement?

Not really. Beginners are usually better served by getting protein intake, creatine, sleep, and training consistency in place first, especially because Notorious contains DHEA and uses more specialized ingredients than a basic entry-level formula.

What should I realistically expect from Notorious?

Do not expect a strong immediate sensation like a high-stim pre-workout. This is a subtler formula that is better evaluated over weeks of consistent use alongside hard resistance training, sufficient calories, and adequate protein.

This is by far the best frother I've used. Battery life is great. Its UX is excellent. Feels nice in the hand and has great power. Also like the on/off button as opposed to haveing to hold a switch down. Looking forward to getting their s3 scale.

Overall good frother
Color: Black
Bought the Maestri and the Zulay frother to test which one is better since both had good reviews. Returned the Zulay (see Zulay review) and kept the Maestri. Been using it for a few days now and works well. Mixes chai and hot chocolate well. It has one speed that is a good speed to mix, but not so fast that it causes the drink to spill over the top as long as the cup is filled to about 80% full. Because I tend to use the tall 20 oz Contigo autoseal cups, it could benefit from offering longer attachments to reach the bottom of the cup (note: that I did not find any company that offers longer attachment arms).

LOVE this frother and the creamy results!
Color: Black
I LOVE this gadget! And I'm not a gadget person. Since I got it a few days ago, I've switched from using my Nespresso coffee maker, which uses pods and which I really like, to using Starbucks instant coffee packets (cheaper and more environmentally friendly than pods). I put a packet of the coffee and two packets of Equal in a cup, add half and half, then use this frother to mix them. Within a few seconds -- no more than 5, if that -- I have a thick mound of creamy froth. Then I had the water to finish making the coffee. Fantastic. This thing is so easy and fun to use. This is not the cheapest frother available. I wanted a rechargeable unit that has sufficient power to make nice, creamy froth. Also, I didn't want to spend $10 and have the thing break and have to replace it. Reviews suggest the cheaper ones are fine if you don't regularly use a frother. I never used one before and didn't really think I would use it very often. But I like it so much, I've been using it twice a day. Also, I first saw one in use while traveling in India. Another guest at my small hotel had one, which she used to make a latte with rather than drink the rather tepid offering at the more tea-oriented hotel. That's when I decided to get one. I'll be taking it on future trips. Some come with travel containers; this one didn't. The only learning curve was making sure the cup or pitcher for the cream is deap enough not to splash out the cream. I think I'm actually using a little less cream than I used to because the volume increases so much. I use cold cream, not heated (I used to heat it in the microwave when I was using the NesPresso.) I find I like the initial contrast with the cold cream at the top, then I stir it down into the coffee. The Starbucks coffee is excellent. I've used it for iced lattes in the past, so I knew it was good. I can hardly wait for a heat wave to make them with this frother. I did try to beater attachment in eggs when I was making an omelet. Not worth the trouble -- first, the bowl I was using to beat the eggs was too shallow and egg got all over. Second, a fork works just as well. If I were whipping cream, I would definitely use it.

Works great and so much fun!
Color: Black
How did I live without this for so long? I love this little gadget! It gets used multiple times a day. It's not only great for frothing milk but it will whip eggs for a recipe and stir other ingredients as well. People who have complained that the stirring attachment was missing a piece did not read the description. The picture clearly shows there is no "boot" on that attachment, you don't want that one to spin like the frother. The Frother holds a charge for quite a while as well. I use mine multiple times a day and it is still holding a charge after weeks of daily use. Great item!
