Tasting Notes

On the nose, delicate aromas of wild strawberries, citrus zest, and rose petals are underpinned by hints of spice and toasted almonds. The palate is fresh and silky, revealing layers of red berries, blood orange, and chalky minerality, finishing with length and poise.

Winemaking

Crafted using the saignée method and partially aged in oak casks, this rosé is the result of careful blending and extended lees aging. The 2017 vintage reflects a cool-climate year, showcasing purity, tension, and vibrant fruit.
