Lewis Family Calm & Relax is a topical cream containing a synergistic combination of the health promoting nutrients GABA and L-Theanine. Individually, both ingredients have a wide array of beneficial effects. Together, GABA & L-Theanine work together to help you combat stress and maintain a calm resiliency in today’s fast-paced world.

Calming GABA

GABA (Gamma-Amino Butyric Acid) is an amino acid that acts as a neurotransmitter in the brain and nervous system. Its chief role is to inhibit the transmission of signals in the nerves, thereby calming nervous system activity.

As an inhibitory neurotransmitter, GABA’s effects include reducing anxiety, relieving pain, and producing a calm, even-keeled and balanced state.

As a nutritional supplement, GABA has been utilized to calm anxiousness and to elevate mood. Insomnia has shown to be responsive to GABA, whether the problem includes the inability to fall asleep or with difficulty waking in the middle of the night. In effect, GABA is kind of like the “anti-coffee”... it helps you relax and unwind from the day!

Relaxing L-Theanine

L-Theanine is an amino acid found in tea, and is in large part what makes Green Tea so special. It has relaxing effects and can also improve cognitive functioning. Other studies have shown that L-Theanine can have a positive effect upon lowering high blood pressure, further demonstrating its relaxing influence upon our bodies.

Similar to GABA, L-Theanine can be fantastic for calming an over-excited nervous system. Research has demonstrated that stress-relieving effects are noticed within 30 minutes and can last up to 8-10 hours. Day or night, who wouldn't want that?

Additionally, L-Theanine has shined in research studies looking at cognitive functionality. Improvements are seen across the board in alertness and cognitive function, all while people experience a pleasant state of calmness and contentedness.

The Ultimate Stress Relieving Supplement!

With benefits such as stress reduction, better sleep, cognitive improvement, and improving your overall sense of well being, you can easily see why we recommend to “Keep Calm & Relax On!”

Beta, Alpha, Omega oh my!
Format: Kindle
Omegas are precious and given to Alphas & their packs... but the Betas want in too. To this end, the Beta government is rolling out its trial of assigning a Beta to each Alpha-Omega pack. But forcing a Beta into a pack where they are not wanted will not end well... Of course, no one expected the Omega to fall for the assigned Beta. Great read and cliffhanger

A familiar story, just with…..less.
Format: Kindle
So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.

ABSOLUTELY A MUST for Omegaverse Girls!!!
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Jillian West and her books!!! I’m so happy I already bought book two and now I have to buy the others for the Assurance Security series!! Not gonna lie Val kind of annoyed me at the beginning but she grew on me!! Her men are chef’s kisses!!! Holt annoys me some but I can let it slide. I already bought part two so I’m going to be reading that in between work phone calls!!!! DON’T TELL MY BOSS 😂😂😂😂

Baby bumps and bodyguards
Format: Kindle
Dark, emotional, and unexpectedly tender, Not Ready is an omegaverse romance that delivers found family feels, fierce protectiveness, and a very pregnant heroine who refuses to break. Vale’s on the run from a stalker, but lands in the arms of three private security alphas, cue the swoony tension, fake marriage twist, and slow-burn heat. It’s a little gritty, a little soft, and a whole lot addictive. If you love protective alphas, high stakes, and heroines with quiet strength, this one’s a must-read.

Strong Omegaverse Comfort and a Attention Grabbing Plot
Format: Kindle
Jillian West never misses when it comes to Omegaverse, and Not Ready is no exception. This story was the perfect blend of cozy comfort and emotional depth while still delivering a strong plot. Vale is such a powerful heroine, she is strong, capable, and determined but I love that she still allows her pack to love and take care of her. It’s that balance of independence and vulnerability that makes her so relatable. The relationship dynamics were amazing: Bishop is steadfast and completely head over heels, Mercy is skeptical but protective in his own way, and Holt is the hesitant one whose slow fall is so satisfying to watch unfold. The romance hits that sweet spot between insta-love and cautious build, keeping me hooked the entire way through. And that ending. Oh my god, the cliffhanger! I need the next book in this duet immediately.
