A dramatic and characterful addition to any dining table, and a wonderful gift for dragon lovers of all ages, from children to adults who love mythology and fairytales,
I loved designing this red dragon place mat here by hand in my small UK based studio — dragons have always been a favourite subject, and this ferocious red dragon, with a nod to the great Welsh dragons, is one of my favourites. My place mats are all made here in the UK, in small sustainable quantities, durable mats, made from thick eucalyptus hardboard and cork backed (for no slippage!) with a glossy melamine finish, which is heat and stain resistant. Wipe clean with a damp cloth — practical as well as beautiful!
