Trying to gather all the parts to properly install a new set of injectors in your LB7 Duramax can be a hassle. Fortunately, BD Diesel has you covered. BD has gathered all the necessary lines, seals, gaskets, injectors, and more so you can perform an injector R&R like the pros. The injectors are fully remanufactured by BD Power and are built to meet or exceed OEM specifications. Each injector receives new Bosch nozzle and control valve and is fully calibrated and tested on a Bosch 815 test bench to ensure perfect operation. 

How Important is injector lines when replacing injectors? 

The 2001-2004 LB7 Duramax factory high pressure injector fuel lines are notorious for corrosion that can lead to injector issues. These issues are so prevalent that some injector manufacturers will not warranty a new set of injectors unless the lines are replaced or put through a cleaning process. If you are changing your injectors in your LB7, BD Power has you covered. These are direct replacement lines and will ensure the fuel being fed to your injectors is clean and contamination free.

Not for someone that needs step by step instructions and pre-drilled holes
Nice cart that looks good once assembled. But be warned: there are NO predrilled holes for any of the screws. You will need to build each section of the frame that attaches to each wood panel FIRST, sit it on the wood and use a electric drill or driver to put the screws into the wood. Same goes for the wheel attachments - no holes drilled for these either. So if you are someone that can't even build a piece of IKEA furniture - this is NOT for you as this will require more skill and power tools.

Not pleased- No holes predrilled in wood!
Love the look of it and should have been a good review BUT there were absolutely no holes drilled and a total of 64 screws to put in. So I have 2 slabs of solid wood and the pipes. I could have purchased and made it myself if it doesn’t even come with pre drilled holes in the wood. Have to get someone to drill all the holes for me and hope the can line them up properly before I can put together. Hope it works as returning this large and heavy of an item would be difficult. Very disappointed in what should have been a great item.
