Al palato è intenso, rotondo, piacevolmente equilibrato e caratterizzato da un finale che richiama quella lontana dolcezza tipica del varietale.Storico vitigno sardo, il monica è presente in percentuali diverse e a macchia di leopardo in tutto il territorio isolano. Una varietà in cui Argiolas ha sempre creduto, valorizzandolo, e che trova un'immediata espressione nel Perdera, vino rosso tanto caldo ed avvolgente quanto fresco ed equilibrato. Vinificato in acciaio e lasciato maturare per un breve periodo in piccoli fusti di rovere francese, il Monica di Sardegna DOC Perdera di Argiolas è vino perfetto per accompagnare una ricca cena tra amici.
A tutto pasto, si abbina a tradizionali paste al sugo, a saporite minestre di pesce, a pecorini media stagionatura.

True to size really nice!
These sweaters are made of good quality. Thicker than I expected in a good way. Love the wrist band. Not sloppy. Snug and crisp fit. Careful though, very true to size. My xl has to be hang dried then fluffed in the dryer. Overall a great pullover.

Oh my gosh. I absolutely love this sweater on my 44-year-old son. He loves it as well. He is wearing a size medium in the picture. Great quality, launders as well. He simply washes it in the machine with cold water and then puts it on a hanger to dry. It is one of his faves!
