Nose - Initially, rich aromas of fruit and woody spices combine with traces of wood polish and old leather. The whisky opens further with sweet notes of salted toffee and hints of dark chocolate. Subtle sherry base notes remain throughout.

Palate - Creamy; dried fruits, figs, and spices combine delightfully with an abundance of wood flavours and sweet fudge nuances. Fresh menthol notes balance the malt as bitter oak tannins develop.

Finish - The menthol flavours evolve into drying notes of cinnamon, clove, and walnut which curtail the length of the finish.
