È un bianco dolce non dolce, che può essere servito insieme alla pasticceria secca ma può anche accompagnare formaggi piccanti, preparazioni saporite e piatti a base di crostacei. Offre una bevuta insolita e appassionate: è da provare se si vuole qualcosa di diverso dal classico bianco.
Ottimo con crostacei, pollame nobile e formaggi piccanti, è perfetto se abbinato agli scampi con la crema di peperoni.
