Size guide: When measuring ensure your knee is slightly bent. As your focal point start at the centre of your knee joint and then measure the circumference around the leg 15cm below the kneecap. Please measure your size correctly to ensure circulation is not cut off. The Small knee sleeve is very tight but can be worn, we recommend a medium sleeve.
Washing Instructions
The knee sleeves should be washed with warm water and a mild detergent. Simply leave the wrist wraps out to air dry. All of our equipment are not washing machine friendly as this may damage the materials.
