The ultra-light and quiet STIHL HSA 30 battery hedge trimmer impresses with its compact design, ergonomic design and perfect balance when trimming hedges and maintaining yards in domestic settings. 

The STIHL HSA 30 battery hedge trimmer set comes with a AS 2 lithium-ion battery and the STIHL AL 1 standard charger.

The optimal coordination between the electric engine, the intelligent battery power management, and the laser-cut, diamond-ground and hardened blades ensures strong cutting performance – especially for young shoots.

The HSA 30 has a two-hand control for simple and safe operation. It is started by simultaneously pressing the switches on the loop handle and the rear handle. Its soft grip surfaces also ensure noticeably good grip in every working direction. The screw-on tip protector protects the cutting blades from damage, for example when working close to the ground or coming into contact with walls.

The HSA 30 has a handy carrying ring on the rear handle for safe, space-saving storage. The HSA 30 battery hedge trimmer has a bar length of 45 cm.

AL 1 CHARGER - HSA 30

The charger for the HSA 30 is included in the set as standard and can be wall-mounted to save space. The charger is not included if you buy the unit only. 

TRIGGER & SOFT GRIP

The large, ergonomic trigger and the rubberized, soft-grip handle make the HSA 30 both easy-to-use and comfortable to hold.

TRIGGER LOCK

The trigger lock is a great safety feature - just switch it on and there's no risk of starting the HSA 30 by accident.

LITHIUM-ION BATTERY

The powerful 10.8 V lithium-ion battery is well-protected and can be easily removed and replaced.

HEDGE CUTTING BLADE

The cutting blade is specially shaped to hold the branches in between the teeth and deliver a precise finish on your topiary.

Question: WHAT SHOULD I WEAR WHEN USING THE HSA 30?

A: We recommend that you wear eye protection and sturdy boots or shoes. We also recommend that you tie back long hair.

Question: CAN YOU REPLACE THE BATTERY ON THE HSA 30?

Question: WILL THE BLADES NEED SHARPENING?

Tips

#1 CLEANING YOUR HSA 30 

After using your HSA 30, we suggest spraying a little resin solvent onto the blades to remove sap or resin, protect them from corrosion and stop them getting stuck together.
