These Merchant Automotive Fuel Contamination Kits are designed to provide a more complete repair solution by including the major fuel system components commonly replaced after a contamination event.
Each kit includes direct-fit OEM-style components such as the high-pressure fuel pump, fuel rail assembly, injectors, fuel feed pipes, return pipe, seals, gaskets, fuel filter, and water separator. Instead of piecing parts together individually, these kits help simplify the repair process while reducing the risk of repeat failures caused by leftover contamination.
- The 2020-2022 LM2 kit is designed for early 3.0L LM2 Duramax-equipped GM 1500 trucks and includes the major components commonly needed to restore proper fuel system operation after contamination damage.
- The 2023-2024 LM2 kit is built specifically for later-production LM2-equipped GM 1500 trucks, providing a complete direct-fit repair solution tailored to the updated LM2 platform.
- The 2023-2025 LZ0 kit is designed for newer-generation LZ0-equipped GM 1500 trucks and includes the critical fuel system components needed to help restore OEM-style performance and reliability after contamination occurs.
