These socks can handle whatever you throw at them, but for optimum long term comfort and performance treat your socks to the following:

• Warm Machine Wash Gentle Cycle - Turn Inside out before washing.
• Do Not Bleach - You will remove the natural goodness.
• Do Not Tumble Dry - Best let nature take care of it, they dry fast!
• Do Not Iron - Would you really want to anyway?
