The Béraut family has farmed at Pellehaut for generations, and their Armagnacs tend to emphasize purity of fruit, freshness, and approachability alongside traditional depth.

Distilled from estate-grown grapes and aged slowly in French oak, the 2000 vintage shows a mature but still lively profile. The nose opens with dried apricot, orange peel, toasted almond, honey, vanilla, and baking spice, alongside more earthy notes of tobacco leaf, leather, and polished oak.
