Straight-up daily creatine to boost your strength, power, and workouts.

From what we see on retailer sites and product info, APS Nutrition Creatine Monohydrate 500 Grams is a no-frills unflavored creatine powder for strength, power, workout performance, and muscle help. It's listed everywhere as a single-ingredient creatine with 500 grams per tub and 100 servings, a classic bulk option for athletes chasing simplicity and good value. Heads up: We don't have the full supplement facts for independent dose checks.

In this category, it's all about sticking to what research backs for creatine monohydrate. Retailer info shows a 5 gram serving, which matches the usual daily amount in sports studies. There, daily creatine use links to better high-intensity work, stronger output, more training volume, and help with lean muscle gains when you lift weights. Studies also show it refills phosphocreatine stores, aiding back-to-back explosive efforts.

Since it's unflavored and single-ingredient with no extras, it's set up as a basic go-to supplement, not some fancy flavored version. That's cool for mixing into water, juice, aminos, or post-workout drinks without messing up the taste. This kind of setup draws folks who like to build their own stacks.

We don't have deep info on APS Nutrition's brand rep from the research, so we can't dive into that. But the product shows up active and in stock at mainstream and specialty spots.

Key Highlights

  • Shows up on multiple sites as pure creatine monohydrate with no fillers or flavors added.
  • The 500 gram tub gives you 100 servings, solid for keeping up daily use without running out quick.
  • Retail listings say each serving has 5 grams of creatine monohydrate, right in line with what most folks use in sports nutrition.
  • Unflavored means it's easy to mix with protein, EAAs, pre-workout, carbs, or just water.
  • Creatine monohydrate is super researched for pumping up strength, power, and how much you can train.
  • Great for people who skip prop blends, pump stuff, or stim-packed products.
  • The simple formula is awesome for athletes wanting clean control over their stacks and steady routines.
  • No stims here, so you can take it anytime without worrying about messing with your sleep like some pre-workouts do.

Who Is This For?

  • Strength trainers aiming to level up gym performance over time
  • Bodybuilders after a basic daily helper for lean muscle
  • Power and sprint athletes handling repeat high-intensity work
  • Newbies wanting a solid first add-on beyond protein
  • Seasoned users who like single-ingredient options
  • Budget-savvy folks after a big tub with lots of servings

How to Use

Retail info usually lists 1 scoop a day, with a 5 gram serving. Lots of athletes mix it once daily with water or in a protein shake. Some do a loading phase like in the category, but many just hit the regular amount every day and let it build up. Stay hydrated – drink plenty all day. For exact brand instructions, peek at the label before you start.

What to Expect

Creatine doesn't hit like caffeine on the first day. Early on, you might not feel much besides starting the habit. After 1-3 weeks of daily use, some notice better repeat efforts, a bit more capacity, or muscles feeling fuller. By 3-4 weeks, the gains show up more in the gym through overall better sessions, not one big feeling. The real payoff is sticking with it alongside your training.

Frequently Asked Questions

It is used to support strength, power, repeated high-intensity performance, and long-term training progress. Creatine monohydrate is one of the most established sports nutrition ingredients in this category.

Is this a stimulant pre-workout?

No. Creatine monohydrate is stim-free and does not work like caffeine or a typical pre-workout. Its benefits build over time through consistent daily use.

How much creatine does it contain?

How many servings are in the tub?

Used Watch?
Color: Black/Gray/Digital
The watch is great but the watch had been worn. The protective film was removed and it was loose in the watch box and not on the plastic holder. I bought a new watch not a used one. Joe

My last Timex and why.
Color: Black/Gray/Digital, Color: Black/Gray/Digital
New edit. Upon further reflection, I’ve only had, a couple of exploratory years with Swatch excepted, Timex watches. My first one was when my mother replaced the Chicita Banana “tickity tock” sticker with a real Timex wind up watch before my first Cub Scout camp. In addition to many other Timex products, I’ve had these Ironman watches for the past 25+years. Usually the band wears out and can’t be replaced after three or four years. This particular watch fell apart less than six weeks old. It wasn’t hit by impact. It just came apart while I was driving down the road. I wonder if they’ve changed their manufacturing process. See photo for details. What is truly infuriating is that rather than replacing it, because it is truly a warranty issue, the told me to ship it to their offshore repair facility (which could take 3-5 months) and pay what might be half the value of the watch. Things happen, but the intentional friction they have created to avoid their obligations borders on malpractice and speaks to their indifference toward customer experience and subsequent lifetime value.

As expected
Color: Gray/Gray/Digital
Just an old school digital timex. Tried and true. Has both 12hr and 24hr function on the time setting. Has a standard stop watch and timer. The battery is great, just as it always is on a timex. Good water resistance and very easy to use. Overall very good watch for the price!
