Роман, що пропонується до уваги читачів – перша за останні роки літературна спроба відтворити за документами, за тогочасними газетними публікаціями реальну історію, минуле Києва і перенестися до далекого 1913 року. Головний герой роману – Діментій Чарута, перший київський таксист, професія, яка у сучасному розумінні з’явилася у місті саме в 1913 році. Справжній автомобільний мачо на Роллс-Ройсі, дотепник, улюбленець жінок і просто хороша людина. Втім його поява дуже не сподобалась мафії київських кінних візників, які контролювали місто. Серйозного конкурента вирішують прибрати. Підкуплена місцева поліція всіляко підтримує цю ідею. Починається каскад карколомних і небезпечних пригод на вулицях старого Києва, стрілянина, вибухи, кінна мафія по усіх усюдах полює на невловимий Ролс-Ройс, але Чарута з друзями здобуває переконливу перемогу.Головний герой роману - збірний образ, багато в чому навіяний біографією славетного київського автомобіліста, яхтсмена та атлета Івана Подборского (1880-1919). Подборський так само відрізнявся неприборканим характером і часто конфліктував з владою.Це був час, коли вогнепальну зброю, від культового нагану і до уславленого маузера, можна було абсолютно легально придбати без будь-яких дозволів у крамниці, замовити за каталогом поштою. Бензином торгували геть усюди, навіть… аптеки. Автомайстерні вже існували, але рихтуванням автомобілів досить успішно займалися і в… звичайних кузнях.Ризикуючи власним життям, виборюючи справедливість, головний герой Діментій Чарута зустрічає нарешті свою любов, але кохану викрадають і рятуючи її від смертельної небезпеки, доведеться влаштувати ризиковану експедицію на Труханів острів, здобувати штурмом лігво київських наркоманів.Події роману точно прив’язані автором до топоніміки (географії, історичних назв) Києва 1913 року. My Heels Were in Bad Shape. Like… Really Bad

These moisturizing heel socks with the gel cushions were honestly a small miracle for me.
After recovering from cancer treatments, my skin became extremely dry everywhere, but my heels were the worst. They cracked so deeply they looked like fissures and were even bleeding. I tried lotions and bandages repeatedly with very little progress.
A friend suggested I treat my heel like it might have a fungal component, so I applied Lotrimin cream, put these heel socks on, and hoped for the best. Within three days, my heels were fully healed. I completed a 7-day routine, and my feet have never been softer.
The silicone gel cushion is comfortable, soothing, and stays in place. I loved it so much that I still treat myself about once a week, even though I really don’t need to anymore.
They are also washable. I hand-washed mine in the sink and let them air dry, and they came out looking brand new.
If your heels are cracked, painful, or need serious care, I highly recommend these.

Flawless Finish & Fantastic Value
These blenders are a total game-changer. The quality is fantastic, they are incredibly soft, bouncy, and provide a seamless, smooth finish for my foundation. I was also impressed by how well they handle powder for setting.
Getting a 6-pack is an unbeatable value for the quantity. I am officially a fan and will definitely be purchasing these again!
